Winemaker Notes
Our concept of small-lot winemaking dates back to 1948 when Louis M. Martini began ranking his most exceptional Cabernet lots to use for a special selection blend. We honor this attention to detail with every vintage we make, fermenting Lot No. 1 in small open-top tanks, which allow for a high level of precision when extracting color and flavor. All lots were alternately punched down and pumped over up to four times daily to build the desired foundation for the wineās mouthfeel. Our barrel program for Lot No. 1 is also unique, with the primary component being 36-month air dried French oak. This longer drying time encourages rich tannin structure throughout the duration of the wineās 19 months in barrel (83% new).
Notes of crĆØme de cassis, black cherry, green olive and dried fennel root extend from the nose through to the supple, bold palate. The unctuous finish uncovers layers of oak that you would expect from a classic Napa Cabernet.

We should use this naming structure when possible, and at least in first reference. Subsequent references in copy can shorthand to Jack Danielās No. 27 Gold, if needed. Tasting Notes
- Color / Sight : Burnished gold
- Taste : Creamy vanilla with a trace of chocolate and maple notes. Hints of spice linger in the background.
- Aroma : Subtle hints of rich, warm maple. Toasted oak and honey open up, followed by a complex medley of fruit.
- Finish : Smooth, slight sweetness with a hint of malt.

Geographic diversity is what Locations ā CA is all about. Provided with a wide assortment of microclimates and soil profiles to exploit, it can be a winemakers dream. With a goal in mind to create a blend that showcases the best of the Golden State, we navigated the famed appellations of Napa, Sonoma, Mendocino, and the Sierra Foothills for prized fruit. Once secured, we were able to apply some creativity with the blending components to ultimately settle on a wine worthy of Locations Veiled in dark ruby red, the wine bursts with a tempting perfume of red and black fruits, dried rose petals, and a peppery note which offers some lift. Dense and ripe upon first pass, it evolves into a savory compote of raspberry, kirsch, and bitter cherry balanced out with mineral and herbal notes. The finish is substantial with tangy acidity, yet buffered with polished tannins that please the palate.

Cockburn’s Special Reserve
Cockburnās Special Reserve was originally introduced in 1969 and created an entirely new Port category that was fundamental to the success of Port and the Douro over the following decades. Cockburnās Special Reserve is an exceptionally fine wine selected for its richness and concentration, from the finest vineyards in the Upper Douro and matured in oak casks for five years. This longer wood ageing gives its fruity and full-bodied palate a distinctive dry finish, making it the benchmark for all Reserve Ports.
A garnet red colour. Cockburnās Special Reserve has a youthful nose packed with rich and concentrated red fruit aromas, predominantly red cherry with hints of plum and strawberry. On the palate it's sweet, well rounded, medium length and with luscious red berry flavours leading to a distinctive peppery finish.
Special Reserve is perfect served at the end of a meal, with rich, nutty or chocolate desserts, a cheese platter or simply on its own. Although usually served at room temperature, Reserve Ports are equally delicious when served lightly chilled. It does not need to be decanted and should be consumed within four weeks of opening.

Kamiki Sakura Wood Whisky
Inspired by sacred Sakura Tree which symbolizes the fragility of life with its beautiful yet short lived blossoms, we have finished our Kamiki Whisky at Sakura casks after aging in Yoshino Sugi casks.
Nose: Cherry candy with ripe banana, chestnuts, and cinnamon on the nose.
Palate: Woodiness, sandalwood and gentle spice, before sweet Sakura pedals.
Finish: Spicy cherry with savoury notes, leading to a floral, spring like finish.
Ferdinandās Saar Dry Gin
An award-winning range of products from the 200 year old Avadis Distillery, infused with Riesling from the 275 year old Zilliken winery; Ferdinandās owes its name to the Prussian District Forester, Ferdinand Geltz, who also co-founded the VDP Mosel Saar Ruwer Zilliken estate, one of Germanyās finest vineyards.
Carefully hand-picked Riesling grapes from the steep shale slopes of the Zilliken estate on the grand Saarburger Rausch site make our gin a unique taste experience.
Pot still production in small batches. The raw distillate produced from their own grain is distilled several times to form the basis for a selection of 34 hand-picked herbs, spices and fruits, which are carefully macerated to produce an eau-de-vie. The addtional use of a steam infusion of freshly harvested herbs adds unique fresh floral notes to their gin, which is rounded off with a precise measure of Schiefer Riesling. Having been left to rest for a period of 4 weeks in stoneware, Ferdinandās Saar Dry Gin is set to a drinking strength of 44% abv using deminerlised water, then finally bottled.
- Ingredients: 34 regional botanicals (thyme, sloe, rose hip), pot still distilled, proprietary grain spirit made from a blend of wheat, rye and spelt, Riesling wine infused.
- Tasting Note: Aromas of pine and juniper, pungent lavender, lemongrass, lemon meringue, vanilla and coriander

- NOSE \ Bright tropical fruits, mixed red berries, vanilla and cereal.
- PALATE \ A great balance of red fruit and vanilla with a nice cereal and toasty backbone.
- FINISH \ Delicate and long. A delicious, well-rounded palate that makes Two-Fold perfect for drinking neat or in your favorite cocktails.
The GlenDronach Kingsman Edition 1989 Vintage 29 Years
The expression is bottled at 50.1% ABV. Non chill-filtered and natural cask imparted colour.
Tasting Notes
- Colour : Tarnished copper.
- Nose : Dark field berry and plum skin on a base of aromatic bitters, sherry soaked walnut and vintage leather. Musk and cedar wood smolder on a slate and earthen floor.
- Palate : Dense autumn fruits meld with date, fig and treacle, rolling into black winter truffle, raisin and cocoa.
- Finish : Blackberry, tobacco leaf and date oil linger into the rich, deep finish.

Blend of 75% Merlot and 25% Cabernet Sauvignon. Harvest is done 100% by hand. Traditional vinification in stainless steel and temperature-controlled vats.Ā Ageing in oak barrels for 6 to 8 months.
Dictador Aged 20 Years
Dictador 20 Years rum is made from the fermentation of virgin sugar cane honey distilled partly in copper alembic and partly in a steel continuous column, to achieve this signature full-bodied rum. Aged in oak barrels, allowing for the development of deep, rich flavours. Once it has achieved a full body and perfect taste, the rum is then meticulously bottled and sent all around the world to be enjoyed.
Intense dark amber colour. Big on the nose with soft caramel, vanilla, smoky honey, toffee, dry seeds, roasted coffee and a rich rounded oak sensation. In the mouth, it is very soft and round, yet big and full flavoured, with caramel, vanilla, cocoa and roasted honey ā a strong and rare texture. Received Double Gold at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition 2012 and WSWA Convention 2012.
