Domaine St Patrice
Domaine St Patrice is farmed according to organic principles and thrives to the rhythm of the team’s high standards and precision. They have always been attentive to the soil and their vines, using traditional techniques and no chemicals.
With experience and time, their know-how allows them to perfectly master each grapevine. The old methods such as plowing, making furrows, and plowing down the vines prevail at St Patrice. The grapes are exclusively harvested by hand before being carefully sorted.
The winemaking process is gentle and natural, based on the principle of infusion.
