Chateau Saint-Maur
Château Saint-Maur, a Cru Classé estate in AOC Côtes de Provence, excels in producing high quality wines from its exceptional terroir. Acquired by Roger Zannier in 2011, the estate underwent extensive renovations and now features a high-tech cellar and luxurious settings. The vineyards span nearly 100 hectares.
Managed by Patrick Galliano, the estate cultivates varieties like Cinsault, Grenache, and Syrah. The meticulous care and advanced vinification techniques result in exceptional wines that have become global benchmarks. Château Saint-Maur's wines, particularly the rosés and whites, are known for their elegance, complexity, and superior quality.

Chateau Saint-Maur L’Excellence Rouge 2022
With a dark and intense purple color with ruby reflections, this wine reveals a powerful nose with notes of chocolate and kirshea cherry. The garigue also emerges with nuances of undergrowth and laurel. On the palate, it is powerful and structured , expressing flavors of zan, cocoa and ripe red fruits, with a touch of spices and a minty finish which offers a very nice length. The tannins, although young, are of quality. This wine will reach its peak in approximately three years and can be enjoyed up to five years after vintage.
