Cocchi Brut is a sparkling wine characterized by a straw color, almost ivory, with delicate green nuances The nose is immediately very intense and enveloping, with white flowers (such as lotus and gardenia) and freshly cut fruit in the mouth it is creamy thanks to the fine and persistent perlage with notes of white peach, lychee and a hint of fresh hazelnut. TEEDA Aged 5 Years
Mr. Tadashi Matsuda, the founder of Helios Co. has been distilling spirits for over 50 years and promoting the identity, culture, and know-how of Okinawa. This is why the companyās main theme is āFrom Okinawa to The Worldā!
TEEDA is made from a single distillation of sugarcane molasses from locally grown sugarcane. TEEDA Gold-Rum is aged in white oak casks using both new & used rum barrels for at least 5 years while the final blend is made from rum as young as 5 years and as old as 15.
TEEDA is the Okinawan word for 'sun', which ties in company motto āFrom Okinawa to The Worldā.
Nose: Mellow scent with gentle tropical fruits, medium-long toasted mango muffin, mango-infused caramel, pineapple smoothie, and lychee.
Taste: A distinctive, chewy rum with pervasive notes strawberries, apricots, and ripe yellow mangoes on the palate.
Finish: Spicy cinnamon, maple syrup and apricot on the finish.
Mars Wa Bi Gin
MARS Wa Bi Gin is a Japanese gin that incorporates botanicals grown in the diverse natural environment of Kagoshima. By bringing out the characteristics of the material, the spiciness of coriander seeds enhances the flavor of juniper berries and harmonizes with nine botanicals harvested in various parts of Kagoshima, including kumquat harvested in Kaseda-tsunuki, Minamisatsuma
City, where the distillery is located. We finished this gin with a refreshing taste.
The botanical "Satsuma Button" is an original design of Satsuma ware that was revived by the painter Shiho Murota. It expresses Kagoshima's traditional techniques and nature.
Botanicals: Juniper Berry, Coriander Seed, Ginger, Green tea leaf, Saigon cinnamon leaf,Yuzu(Japanese citron), Hetsuka bitter orange, Lemon, Kumquat, Shell ginger, Perilla(Japanese herb)
On the nose it is spicy and soft with notes of ginger and juniper. On the palate it isĀ herbaceous and citrusyĀ , with clear notes of yuzu and green tea. The finish is long and fresh with citrus and bitter notes.
