BenMarco Sin Limites Chardonnay 2020
During the 6 months it was aged in new and second-use French oak barrels, the wine was in contact with the lees and monthly battonage was practised.
BenMarco Sin LĆmites Chardonnay is a pure expression of the variety: citric, floral and with delicate herbs, complemented by earthy and mineral notes due to the alluvial calcareous terroirs of Gualtallary. It is an austere and vibrant wine in the mouth, with an expressive palate.
They are perfect with fatty fish like salmon, trout, grilled chicken, fresh salads and pastas with creamy or herbal sauces.

BenMarco Sin LĆmites expresses our efforts to discover the most interesting combinations of soil and climate, where there are no limits to exploration, to reveal wines with unique identity and personality.
With this organic wine, we fulfill our desire to return to a pesticide-free viticulture, based on using soil conditioners, working the soil and being friendlier with the environment and the people.
BenMarco Sin LĆmites Organic Malbec is made with organic grapes from selected plots in the I.G. (appellation) Los Chacayes, Valle de Uco, at 1,100 m.a.s.l. (3,600 ft.).
This wine is a great option to enjoy paired with roasted, grilled, or sautƩed preparations, cured and cold meats, poultry, nuts.

The wine is a testimony of Valle de Uco, endowed with aromas of black berries, notes of violets, pronounced acidity, firm tannins and great length.

"The 2021 BenMarco Malbec was produced with fruit from Los Chacayes in Valle de Uco, fermented destemmed in stainless steel and matured in second use French oak barrels for 11 months. BenMarco Cabernet Sauvignon 2019
BenMarco Cabernet Sauvignon comes from Los Arboles, a terroir with very stony soil from the surface with intermixed layers of loose, high-draining sand.
It is an outstanding wine with lingering flavours of currant, cassis and plum combined with a hint of spice and juicy acidity. Good structure, firm tannins and a persistent finish.
BenMarco Cabernet Sauvignon is perfect with red meat, pasta with mushroom-based sauce or Bolognese.

BenMarco Sin Limites Malbec Gualtallary 2021
BenMarco Sin LĆmites Gualtallary is a Malbec that reflects the terroir calcareous nature. On the nose, hints of pepper, especially pink pepper, and calcareous notes predominate, while on the mouth the austerity and grainy texture stand out. Incomparably long finish and great definition. When first smelt, it can be perceived as shy or tight, so decanting is recommended.
It is aged in second and third-use French oak barrels for 12 months.
Given its complex, austere, and affable profile, it is very versatile for pairing. It can be matched with lamb, soft cheeses, and all kinds of red meat.
