Thanks to the semi-tropical climate suitable for the cultivation of sugar cane and therefore of rum production, Helios Shuzo -founded in 1961- produces rum using the best locally grown ingredients purchased directly from farmers.

The Helios Rum is made from sugar cane grown in Okinawa. A mixture of molasses rum (traditional type) and cane juice (agricultural type), it is an extremely aromatic and characterized by the rich aroma and taste of Japanese sugar cane. “Helios rum” has a dry feeling like the shining sun of Okinawa and fruity eminiscent of a warm climate.
Nose: Very exotic characters, with aromas of pineapple and hint of smokinessaging.
Taste: Round and powerful with a touch of sweetness
Finish: White pepper notes on the finish

Gin Mare
The authentic Mediterranean gin, Gin Mare, was created with unique and savoury botanicals including Arbequina olive from Spain, rosemary from Greece, thyme from Turkey, and Italian sweet basil. The four principal Mediterranean botanicals unite with more traditional botanicals including coriander, cardamom, citrus, and juniper berries to create a character that lends itself well to pairing with food.
Gin Mare is a distilled gin from the Mediterranean. It consists of nine botanicals which are macerated (40 days for the citrus botanicals and 12 hours for the remaining botanicals), before being distilled separately and then expertly blended, earning the notation “Collecion de Autor” on each bottle.
The bottle cap can also be used as a 50ml measuring cap.
