Our Bourgogne Pinot Noir 2017 is a young red wine with a pale ruby color. It shows medium intensity aromas of fresh strawberries, raspberries, peonies and sweet spices like cinnamon, present both on the nose and palate. Fruity and well-balanced, with medium acidity and low tannins, it is a pure expression of Pinot Noir.

Meursault’s soils are rich with limestone deposits, a perfect fit for an aromatic and balanced Chardonnay with long aging potential. Famous since the Middle Ages, the appellation carries a solid reputation for highquality, generous yet very subtle white wines around the world.
The nose shows intense aromas of fresh yellow flowers, chamomile, lemon, and pear, along with hints of wet stones. The palate confirms these notes and reveals flavors of butter, cream, vanilla and lemon zest. The body is full, with a generous, creamy texture on the palate. Château de Pommard Volnay 2017
The pebble-rich and limestone soils of Volnay, rising between 230 and 280 meters above sea level, makes for a delicate, aromatic, and elegant Pinot Noir revealing the feminine profile of the appellation. Cultivated since the Middle Ages, the vineyard located on the steep slopes of the hill of Chaignot has always been a perfect fit for Burgundy’s native red grape variety.
With a delicate nose of peonies, strawberries, raspberries and cherries, our Volnay 2017 shows a feminine profile. The palate reveals notes of pomegranate and sweet spices, such as vanilla and cinnamon, as well as silky and smooth tannins. Rising between 220 and 325 meters above sea level, marly, clay, limestone and pebble-rich soils located in the south end of the Côte de Beaune produce this Chassagne-Montrachet, a fresh and full-bodied
Chardonnay bringing the highest expression of the terroir.
Complex and generous, our Chassagne-Montrachet 2017 has a clear lemon colour. The nose and palate present with intense aromas and flavours of yellow flowers and tropical fruits such as pineapple, lined with notes of honey and beeswax. The finish is long with a creamy texture, leaving a sense of generosity.

Château de Pommard Puligny – Montrachet 2017
The stony soils of Puligny-Montrachet, located between Meursault and Chassagne-Montrachet, are widely known for full-bodied and intense Chardonnays that have been sought after for centuries. Rising between 230 and 320 meters above sea level, the southeast exposures are protected from the winds by the Montrachet slopes.
Behind its pale lemon color, our Puligny-Montrachet 2017 shows a nose full of aromas of acacia and green apples, lined with notes of honeysuckle and flint. The palate confirms these flavors and reveals a wellrounded wine with good acidity. The finish is long and clean with a mineral edge, adding to the complexity of the wine.

Château de Pommard Clos Marey – Monge “Micault” 2017
Alluvium rich soil deposited by the Avant-Dheune river covers Micault’s 1.29 hectares of silt. Planted in 1987, the vines here produce a fruity, crisp and fleshy Pinot Noir that is very drinkable young. Once an English garden surrounding Château Micault, it was transformed into the 126 row Micault plot in 1968.
With a pale ruby colour our Micault 2017 is the purest expression of low-oaked Pinot Noir. Aged in older oak barrels, giving prominence to crisp red fruit aromas, it displays notes of strawberries and raspberries alongside hints of flowers such as peonies. The palate reveals low and mellow tannins, as well as a lot of flesh. Enjoyable from now on, this Pinot Noir from our Clos Marey-Monge is accessible now and will age gracefully in the years to come.

Château de Pommard Chambolle Musigny 2017
Chambolle-Musigny is rooted in the shallow clay and limestone soils on the easterly slopes of the Côte de Nuits, rising between 250 and 300 meters above sea level. Our Pinot Noir produced here is complex with soft tannins and a long finish. Once an adjunct to the Cîteaux Abbey, the vineyard gave its name to the village of Chambolle-Musigny, like 11 other climats throughout Côte d’Or.
With its aromas and flavours of musk, red fruits, and dry flowers underlined by notes of sandalwood and game, our Chambolle- Musigny 2017 has a beautiful touch. While still in development, this velvet red wine with a long finish presents a delicate and silky texture, enhanced by well-integrated tannins. It is approachable now, with great potential for aging.

Château de Pommard Clos Marey – Monge Monopole 2016
The largest monopole in Burgundy, Clos Marey-Monge benefits from a unique environment protected by a two-meters-high stone wall. Positioned at the base of the hill of Pommard, the complexity of our vineyard’s soils come from the alluvial, sand and gravels carried along by the Avant-Dheune river thousand years ago. Our blend of the seven cuvées from the limestone and clay-rich terroirs of the clos creates a deep, elegant, and sophisticated Pinot Noir.
With its bright and intense ruby colour lined with crimson reflections, our Clos Marey-Monge Monopole 2016 is a complex, generous and flavourful Pinot Noir. The nose shows aromas of powder and red fruits, as well as notes of smokiness, all bringing great complexity to the wine. The palate is fresh, revealing firm tannins and a well-rounded structure. Long and sapid while aerial, the finale unveils a vibrant, energetic, and complex Pommard drinkable today, but also age-able for decades.

Our Corton Charlemagne Grand Cru 2016 is a vibrant, full-bodied white wine. The nose reveals intense aromas of peaches, pears, vanilla, and cream, lined with notes of hazelnuts, toast and wet stones. On the palate, the same flavours are expressed, concentrated and multi-layered yet elegant and well defined. The finish is long and oaky, with a lingering minerality expressive of this unique terroir.

Château de Pommard Clos Marey – Monge “Simone” 2016
Nestled at the foot of the Château de Pommard, Simone is a 0.53 hectares plot of remarkable terroir. The delicacy and intensity of a red wine strongly depends on the quality of the internal surface of clay contained in the soil. The higher the density, the more a vineyard can produce grand cuvées. In 2009, Claude et Lydia Bourguignon, both agronomists and founders of the Microbiological Laboratory for Soils, conducted a thorough study on the Clos Marey-Monge and the Simone plot. What they found exceeded every expectation. With an internal surface of clay beyond 730 square meters per gram, Simone is close to the world record.
With only 1,800 bottles of this intense, rich and complex Pinot Noir—our rarest cuvée, produced in the most generous years, Simone is available by allocation only.
Powerful and delicate, our Simone 2017 shows a deep, dark and bright ruby colour with purple accents. The nose first reveals wild aromas of venison, underwood and elderberry, followed by notes of red roses, dry flowers and sweet spices. The palate is fresh, with a firm yet velvety tannic structure. With a long, vibrant and salty finale, this Pinot Noir shows an impressive depth that will still be there in 30 years from now.

La Marca Prosecco
Our delicate La Marca Prosecco has a pale, golden straw colour and sparkles with lively effervescence. After destemming, the grapes are cold macerated for five days in open top stainless steel tanks and fermented with native yeasts. After primary fermentation, the wine is macerated with its skin for another ten days to achieve greater smoothness and intensity of flavors. Finally, the wine is racked to neutral oak barrels and aged for 8 months.
There was little rainfall during the winter, accumulated mainly throughout June and July, with virtually no frost events. Temperatures rose significantly near the end of spring, with record high temperatures, and the beginning of harvest was unusually early. The grapes were harvested with optimum ripeness, giving way to wines of great concentration and flavor intensity, and excellent balance between acidity and tannins.SKU: VRM03-1700750-RD

Grand Bateau Blanc 2018 by Chateau Beychevelle

Aromatic to the nose with notes of buttery-vanillin oak flavours and exotic fruit (orange rind and honeyed grapefruit). On the palate, the wine is round, fleshy with wonderful minerality and again, delightful exotic fruit flavours. The new-oak flavours are present. Very nice balance between the oak, fruit and acidity. Excellent finish.
100% Sauvignon Blanc. Harvest is done 100% by hand. Following a skin-contact maceration, 75% of the juice is fermented in vats and 25% in oak-barrels. During this ageing period, “batonnage” is carried out. After blending and filtration, bottling is carried out in late spring following the harvest.

This wine was grown at our Highbow Hill Vineyard north of Yarra Glen township. The soils are sandy loam over clay and gravel over Yarra Valley mudstone. The Pinot Noir and Marsanne were planted in 1998.

The colour is a clear light salmon, what the French would call “eye of partridge”. The nose has vibrant red fruit and spice aromas and the palate is surprisingly weighty with juicy fruit flavours and savoury complexity enhanced by great texture. Grapes are harvested at first light and whole clusted pressed in order to obtain the structure provided by the stems. The juice sits for 24 hours and is then racked off. Part of the wine is barrel fermented in neutral oak with wild yeasts, and the rest in stainless steel tanks. Thirty percent of the wine undergoes spontaneous malolactic fermentation, enhancing the Chardonnay softness and creaminess without losing the freshness.
