La Marca Prosecco
Our delicate La Marca Prosecco has a pale, golden straw colour and sparkles with lively effervescence. Opening with aromas of fresh-picked citrus and honeysuckle blossoms, the crisp, clean palate brings fruity flavours of green apple, juicy peach and ripe lemon, framed by hints of minerality. The finish is light and refreshing with a tantalizing hint of sweetness. The grapes for La Marca Prosecco were selected with great care from small vineyards throughout the Prosecco DOC, from the Glera grape.
La Marca Prosecco has the charm to stand alone as an aperitif, but it also has the body and the acidity to pair well with a range of foods, from seafood and mild cheeses to rich pasta dishes and decadent desserts.
La Marca adds sparkle to bubbly brunch bites, like classic eggs benedict, chorizo chilaquiles or chicken and waffles. For a crisp and vibrant dinner party, pair Prosecco alongside fresh-caught crab or fish tacos with endive slaw, goat cheese flatbread pizza or roasted chicken with creamy lemon La Marca sauce.
Handpicked Regional Selection Chardonnay 2019
Our fruit was harvested by hand at the end of February then whole-bunch pressed and settled in tank before transfer to tank and barrel for fermentation. The wine underwent a partial malolactic fermentation and was aged for 10 months – part in stainless steel tank to retain fresh fruit flavours, part in barrel for added complexity. We used a mix of old and new French oak barrels.
Crisp & Refreshing, White, Medium-bodied wine. Great with river trout, Asian style dishes, roast chicken.
Guillaume Gonnet La Muse Chateauneuf-du-Pape 2015
A rich, opulent, generous wine with big aromatic complexity: black cherries, blackberries, fig, cocoa powder, coffee, licorice, chinese five spice, olive jam. Round and sexy.
Braised venison with rosemary served with a patato puree, fillet mignon with a balsamic glaze served with sauted potatoes, pepper fillet steak served with shoe string French fries. The rich fruit and coco powder aromas means this wine marries well with dark chocolate or dark chocolate desserts.
Vines are 90 – 115 years old.
Century old Grenache
"Lovely raspberry and plum fruit takes a gentle mulled profile, picking up light anise and incense accents along the way. Silky but substantial tannins underscore the finish, while a pretty mineral edge chimes through. Grenache, Mourvèdre and Cinsault. Best from 2019 through 2035. 150 cases made, 50 cases imported." - 94 points, James Molesworth, Senior Editor and Special Projects Director at Wine Spectator

Le-Haut MĂ©doc De Beychevelle 2017
The vinification is traditional, with 18 to 21 days of fermentations and regular pumpings over. The ageing is in french oak barrels for 12 months with 20% of new barrels.
Le Haut-Médoc de Beychevelle's 12 hectares of vines are 5 km from Beychevelle's vineyard; being further from the Gironde estuary, they benefit from a cooler climate. The vineyard is in the Haut-Médoc appellation and has been managed organically since 2008. This blend consists of just two grape varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. Vinified and aged in a separate winery, it is produced with the same level of care as Château Beychevelle and Amiral de Beychevelle
Rich nose and delicate palate with an aromatic richness of ripe red fruits. A hint of liquorice and chocolate. Drinking young.
l’usine Annapolis Vineyard Sonoma County 2017
WINEMARKER’S NOTES
Nuance and Intrigue characterize the wine, starting with a dark crimson and a ruby rim but manifested by the aromatics: white pepper, nutmeg, cinnamon, clove, pine resin and crème de menthe. An entry dominated by a bright acidity, the mid-palate explores characteristics of rhubarb, savory and a hint of wild strawberry with a long finish indicative of graceful aging.

The colour of this wine is salmon pink. It is animated by a persistent effervescence that gives birth to a cord with fine and delicate bubbles.
This wine develops aromas of intense red fruits, including wild strawberries, wild raspberries, cherries and gooseberries. After a few minutes of aeration, a light floral fragrance awakens our senses with notes of linden and lilac.
On the palate, the attack of red fruits is predominant and supported by the freshness of pink grapefruit. Delicate flavours of melon and vine peach enliven our taste buds during the tasting. The whole makes us discover a wine of great freshness, ample and very balanced.

Vilmart & Cie Grand Cellier
The pale lemon shade with golden and green highlights is shimmering and luminous. This wine develops a fine, elegant and long-tasting mousse.
On the first nose, the wine reveals white flower aromas (honeysuckle, lilac), citrus notes as well as fresh butter and cream. After airing, as it is getting warmer, this Champagne exhales another spectrum of aromas. The wine reveals spicy notes of ginger and lemongrass, which were unsuspected until then. The beautiful quality of the acidity (present throughout the tasting) is especially remarkable. The frank vinosity of the wine (roundness and alcohol) gives an impression of strength and freshness. The wine appears big yet tight. These various sensations produce a pure, creamy and silky textured wine.
The finish is clean, slightly minerality and long. The last aroma is grapefruit. The impression will be remembered as a harmonious, healthy, and vibrant wine.
Blending is composed of 70% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot Noir classified Premier Cru and from vines in Rilly-la-Montagne. Ageing 10 months in large oak casks. No malolactic fermentation. Doasge 8g/L.
"A blend of 70% chardonnay and 30% pinot noir, this has a complex and sophisticated nose that delivers peach fruits and citrus, plus some bolder yellow plum fruits too. The palate is assertive, energetic and concentrated with peach and nectarine flavors met with lemony acidity. Long, really powerful Champagne here. Drink now or age on cork for three or more years." - 93 points, James Suckling
Locations CA4 California Red Wine
Geographic diversity is what Locations – CA is all about. Provided with a wide assortment of microclimates and soil profiles to exploit, it can be a winemakers dream. With a goal in mind to create a blend that showcases the best of the Golden State, we navigated the famed appellations of Napa, Sonoma, Mendocino, and the Sierra Foothills for prized fruit. Once secured, we were able to apply some creativity with the blending components to ultimately settle on a wine worthy of Locations Veiled in dark ruby red, the wine bursts with a tempting perfume of red and black fruits, dried rose petals, and a peppery note which offers some lift. Dense and ripe upon first pass, it evolves into a savory compote of raspberry, kirsch, and bitter cherry balanced out with mineral and herbal notes. The finish is substantial with tangy acidity, yet buffered with polished tannins that please the palate.
Blend of Petite Sirah, Barbera, Tempranillo, Syrah, and Grenache
Barrel aged 10 months in French oak barrels.
"If you like big, rich reds with lots of dried-fruit and bark character, then this is for you. Full body. Chewy tannins. More like a dry port, but I like its historical sensibility. A blend of petite sirah, barbera, tempranillo, syrah, and grenache. Drink now." - James Suckling, 90 points
Ornellaia 2016 “La Tensione”
Ornellaia is a cuvée of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc & Petit Verdot and the faithful expression of unique terroir developed in harmony with nature. 2016 represents another immensely successful vintage highlighting all the virtues of Bolgheri’s climate: abundant sunshine, without excessive heat, a dry summer to allow the grapes to achieve perfect ripeness and concentration, and just about enough rain to avoid stress. All these elements combine to yield a wine that shows lush ripeness and crisp firmness, opposing forces creating a sense of dense raciness we like to describe as “tension”.
Particularly dark and young colour is the prelude to a complex nose of black berries, spices and cedar. The palate is rich and dense, balanced by a refined and firm tannic structure, lifted by a juicy and bright acidity. 51% Cabernet Sauvignon, 27% Merlot, 18% Cabernet Franc, 4% Petit Verdot
