Chateau de Pommard Clos Marey Monge – Nicolas Joseph 2018
Nicolas-Josephās 3 hectares are comprised of flat limestone rocks with red clay ā yielding a fleshy, complex Pinot Noir with red fruits and sweet, silky tannins. Divided into two parts, Jeunes and Vieilles, this plot located alongside the north-eastern facade of the ChĆ¢teau Marey-Monge displays the least calcareous soil structure in the Clos.
Hand-harvested grapes, hand-sorted on a vibrating table. 100% de-stemmed, placed into stainless steel fermentation vats by gravity flow. Weeks-long maceration, minimal pumping-over and punching-down. Pressing in pneumatic press. Placed in French oak barrels for aging on fine lees. Light filtration
Tasting Notes: With a deep ruby color, our Nicolas-Joseph 2018 reveals a nose marked by floral aromas of fresh and faded roses, accompanied by ripe black fruit and sweet spices. The palate confirms the aromatic profile and unveils notes of cinnamon and clove. With its relaxed tannins, this round and full-bodied Pommard can be enjoyed today, but will only reach its peak in the next decade.

A ruby red color, beautiful shine. The expressive nose gradually opens up to aromas of red berries, blackcurrant and blackberries. Airing amplifies this fruity character and reveals a fine mineral note. The palate is fine and delicate, almost velvety. Pure wine, with a vertical profile endowed with a beautiful freshness and a long persistence. Its silhouette is well structured, supported by a nice fruitiness that ends on an appetizing finish.

Old gold colour. This rich Cognac is supple and indulgent and is characterised by its aromatic complexity where the aromas of cedar wood, candied fruits and honey mix. The taste is complex and expressed with candied fruits and spices, including cinnamon. The wood aromas bring great length and incomparable richness. It is followed by a very supple honeyed finish sustained by citrus, honey, cigar box and candied orange notes.

The juice dedicated to our Corton-Charlemagne Grand Cru 2016 is placed into French oak barrels where it undergoes both fermentation and aging. The wine isnāt filtered, nor racked during these processes, which allows it to keep its lees. These natural deposits bring complexity and depth while enhancing the freshness of the wine.
Corton Charlemagne Grand Cru 2016 is a vibrant and refined white wine. Its clear lemon color hides a very intense nose of white flowers, lemon, pear and white peaches, lined with notes of fresh mushrooms and chalky minerality. On the palate, the same flavors are expressed, concentrated and multi-layered yet elegant and well defined. The finish is long, with a lingering minerality expressive of this unique terroir.

La Maison FontaineĀ® Verte, a newly crafted close relative to the Fontaine Blanche, is our take on the green fairy ā Ā la fee verte.
The Pontarlier-grown Grande Absinthe in combination with the natural herbal colouration creates a classic complex floral Verte with rich herbal & peppery notes. By adding chilled water to Fontaine Verte, a stimulating and refreshing drink is created with a vintage green louche. Some prefer a more intense flavour and sip it neat or pour it over ice.
Fontaine Verte is also a wonderfully versatile spirit that can be mixed into an array of sublime cocktails. We call this The Art of Imagination.

Terrior: Pink, black & grey flint
Varietal: 100% Sauvignon Blanc
Colour: Pale golden hue
Nose: The discreet nose is dominated by notes of smoke and Earl Grey tea combined with swathes of clementine, yellow peach and mango.
Palate: Intensely fruity, reveals yellow peach, ripe nectarine, quince, as well as subtle notes of stewed fruits. The finish is long and saline.
Seafood platter or a fillet of red mullet in a white butter sauce with citrus and carrot flower honey.
Domaine Albert Mann Pinot Gris 2022
This wine is part of Albert Mannās Tradition range, recognisable thanks to the label designed by FranƧois Bruetschy. These wines are made to bring their grape variety to the fore, and here itās the Pinot Gris grape that takes centre stage. The vines are grown in the Wettolsheim and Kientzheim parcels where the soils are composed of chalk and clay. This is a yellow-coloured wine with hints of green. Its aromas evoke elderberry and lime with a dash of apple On the palate youāll get a lively mouthful, at once fresh and harmonious with a touch of spice and liquorice. We recommend pairing this with a ballotine of poultry or veal with courgette.

The Cabernet is spectacular, with exceptional aromatic profiles and levels of quality. The Petit-Verdots, co-fermented with the merlots, are particularly silky.

The Merlots, with the dry and warm June and July, are fleshy, round and aromatic. After the rains at the end of September, the Cabernets finish refining their tannins, preserving the freshness and thus offering extraordinary complexity, sap and silkiness.

āThe 2018 Malartic Lagraviere 2018 Blanc is a blend of 90% Sauvignon Blanc and 10% SĆ©millon. It was fermented in oak barrels, 55% new. It opens with alluring scents of fresh pears, Golden Delicious apples and juicy peaches, followed by hints of nutmeg, dill seed and honeysuckle. The medium to full-bodied palate delivers bags of apple and stone fruit flavors with a racy line and oily suggestion to the texture, finishing on a lingering spicy note. The pebble-rich and limestone soils of Volnay, rising between 230 and 280 meters above sea level, makes for a delicate, aromatic, and elegant Pinot Noir revealing the feminine profile of the appellation. Cultivated since the Middle Ages, the vineyard located on the steep slopes of the hill of Chaignot has always been a perfect fit for Burgundyās native red grape variety.
With a delicate nose of peonies, strawberries, raspberries and cherries, our Volnay 2017 shows a feminine profile. The palate reveals notes of pomegranate and sweet spices, such as vanilla and cinnamon, as well as silky and smooth tannins. With pronounced intensity and long finish, it is a Pinot Noir made for aging, that will evolve beautifully.
