After several years of tests and pressing requests from friends and fans, we have finally released on the global stage the rare Cocchi Dry Vermouth di Torino, in very limited quantities. Born from the collaboration between some of the worldās best bartenders and our team of oenologists and botanists, this unique product is the combination of traditional skills of Italian winemaking and contemporary mixology. Following a conversation in one of the worldās best bars, centered on flavors and fundamental characteristics of the ultimate Martini cocktail, the Cocchi team delved into the founderās recipe book and embarked on a research journey, closely supported by Erik Lorincz, Max Schulte, Elon Soddu and Declan McGurk. The first Vermouth Dry produced by Cocchi in more than 40 years has then reached a ā status in the mixologists community. The Cocchi Dry Vermouth di Torino carries the āVermouth di Torinoā appellation, following the recently renovated and protected. Geographical Indication Vermouths from the region of Piemonte are heirs of a centenary tradition which began in Torino in the XVIII century Supported by the royal court of Savoia, this thriving industry made Piemonte the original kingdom of Vermouth.
CHARACTERISTICS
Cocchi Dry Vermouth di Torino, through the use of Piedmontese Artemisia, rare bitter herbs and high quality white wine, embodies the essence of a classic Vermouth di Torino. The unique recipe is enriched with citrus fruits, bergamot infusion and Alpine herbs leading to a dryer and more floral taste profile, and an exceptional drinking experience.
HOW TO DRINK IT
Born with the aim of perfectly balance an elegant gin or a premium vodka in a Martini cocktail, Cocchi Dry Vermouth di Torino can also be enjoyed neat or over ice thanks to the quality of the 100. Italian wine base and the perfect balance of the recipe. The distinctive flavor of the new Cocchi Dry Vermouth di Torino gives an inimitable character to the legendary Martini, and it enhances classic cocktails such as Martinez, El Presidente, Bronx and many others.

DOPO TEATRO VERMOUTH AMARO
Itās a rare āevening vermouthā called Dopo Teatro on the wake of Piedmonts tradition to drink a small cup of cool vermouth with lemon zest in the evening, maybe after watching a performance in one of the historic theatres of the Savoy capital.
CHARACTERISTICS
Vermouth Amaro Cocchi has been created according to the original recipe by Giulio Cocchi where Artemisia was enriched with rhubarb, quassia wood, chiretta and a double infusion of cinchona.
The addition of Barolo Chinato to the base wine gives delicately red nuances and a further soft and complex note ā totally Cocchi style.
HOW TO DRINK IT
The richness of the bitter principles makes this vermouth a tonic aperitif and a pleasant end of meal.
Today it is perfect as a bittering ingredient for the best cocktails.

GRAPPA DORĆE
Giulio Cocchi has been producing spirits since the very beginning ā and Grappa DorĆ©e has played a role in the companyās history. The unique design of the label recalls the style of the age when this grappa was first produced while suggesting its powerful character and sophisticated balance. Today named as a āsingle vineyardā grappa, it is an absolutely pure spirit, the true expression of the Moscato aroma with an extremely appealing length of flavor.
CHARACTERISTICS
Pomace from the best Moscato dāAsti grapes is collected into bags, then after fermentation it is distilled in copper pot stills. A reserve grappa, aged minimum three years in Piedmont-style oak barrels.
Grappa DorƩe show a bright golden color, as its name suggests; definitely intense aroma, delicate and powerful at the same time; a true expression of its original aromatic style; taste is soft, elegant, warming and consistent with the bouquet; the alcohol content is counterweighted with harmony and balance. A rare, 100% Moscato grappa. A full-bodied, unblended grappa.
HOW TO DRINK IT
Excellent after meal, best if served in small Art DĆ©co glasses. Also a fantastic ladyās perfume ā drops or spray style.
Enjoy it chilled or room temperature.

VINIFICATION AND SPARKLING WINE MAKING
Bunches of grapes are harvested by hand and immediately pressed to obtain a very sweet and cherry red must, which will then ferment in autoclave. Thanks to this technique, the aromatic qualities of the grape pass to the wine, releasing its intense scent of rose and raspberry.
TASTING NOTES
Cherry red with light notes and a joyful foam; vibrant, fresh and stylish bouquet with an intense scent of rose; gentle, slightly tannic to balance the sweet aroma and grant a pleasant persistence.
It is the perfect party wine that goes naturally well with fresh fruits, pastries or elaborate desserts.

Ferdinandās Saar Dry Gin Magnum 1500 ML
An award winning range of products from the 200 year old Avadis Distillery, infused with Riesling from the 275 year old Zilliken winery; Ferdinandās owes its name to the Prussian District Forester, Ferdinand Geltz, who also co-founded the VDP Mosel Saar Ruwer Zilliken estate, one of Germanyās finest vineyards.
Carefully hand-picked Riesling grapes from the steep shale slopes of the Zilliken estate on the grand Saarburger Rausch site make our gin a unique taste experience.
Pot still production in small batches. The raw distillate produced from their own grain is distilled several times to form the basis for a selection of 34 hand-picked herbs, spices and fruits, which are carefully macerated to produce an eau-de-vie. The additional use of a steam infusion of freshly harvested herbs adds unique fresh floral notes to their gin, which is rounded off with a precise measure of Schiefer Riesling. Having been left to rest for a period of 4 weeks in stoneware, Ferdinandās Saar Dry Gin is set to a drinking strength of 44% abv using demineralized water, then finally bottled.
Ingredients: 34 regional botanicals (thyme, sloe, rose hip), pot still distilled, proprietary grain spirit made from a blend of wheat, rye and spelt, Riesling wine infused.

- Nose: White flowers and parma violets with apricot preserve. Fresh lemon zest and ground almonds. Light hints of liquorice and cassia bark. Hot buttered crepes.
- Palate: Well balanced with an earthy start that develops into a smooth orange cream note with some lavender and elements of griddled pineapple. Tropical fruits.
- Finish: Pink pepper corns give good length to a fresh mango and papaya backed with a touch of vanilla. Juicy and delicious.

Glenglassaugh Evolution is created by maturing the whisky in a unique combination of the finest hand-picked ex-Tennessee first-fill whiskey barrels. This expression shows great depth of character and finesse, a harmonious combination of whisky and oak. Bottled at 50%, natural colour and non-chill filtered.
- Colour : Crisp harvest gold
- Nose : Luscious combination of sweet barley, delicate pineapple and waves of soft buttery vanilla. Deeper oak spices and caramelised pear develop.
- Palate : Robust, white peppery oak floods through crisp green apple and freshly cracked barley. A gentle salted caramel emerges alongside hints of ripe banana and fruit salad syrup.

Mellowed drop by drop through 10-feet of sugar maple charcoal, then matured in handcrafted barrels of our own making. And our Tennessee Whiskey doesnāt follow a calendar. Itās only ready when our tasters say it is. We judge it by the way it looks. By its aroma. And of course, by the way it tastes. Itās how Jack Daniel himself did it over a century ago. And how we still do it today.
