Brandy, a spirit distilled from wine or fruit, is often aged in oak barrels. Finishing fully matured Woodford Reserve in these barrels does not add any new flavours to the whiskey, but instead accentuates Woodford Reserve’s rich dried fruit and nut characteristics that come from our grain recipe and long fermentation process.

Handpicked Regional Selection Chardonnay 2019
Our fruit was harvested by hand at the end of February then whole-bunch pressed and settled in tank before transfer to tank and barrel for fermentation. The wine underwent a partial malolactic fermentation and was aged for 10 months – part in stainless steel tank to retain fresh fruit flavours, part in barrel for added complexity. We used a mix of old and new French oak barrels.
Crisp & Refreshing, White, Medium-bodied wine. Great with river trout, Asian style dishes, roast chicken.
DAN Yamahai Junmai
Rich flavour with good balance of acidity. Crisp and refreshing, it’s a flexible sake that can be enjoyed at any temperature.
Subtle aroma with banana and pear on nose after you open it. You can feel the touch of unique sweetness and acidity obviously from the traditional Yamahai brewing method. Medium-bodied with amazing Umami flavor. A very good partner for food pairing.

Herradura Reposado
The Original Reposado. Tequila Herradura introduced the world to Reposado in 1974 and has been setting the standard ever since. Aged 9 months longer than industry standards, Reposado has a rich amber color with notes of cooked agave, vanilla, and butter. This additional time spent resting in charred American White Oak barrels creates a smooth, sweet finish with a slight taste of spice.

Tsukiyoshino – Junmai Daiginjo Yamadanishiki
Junmai Daiginjo that has been aged thoroughly in icy temperature over a year. As it took time for aging, contents in sake dissolve well in sake expressing the mellow mouthfeel as well as the umami of rice. It features muscat's aroma and crisp aftertaste. Medium bodied and mildly sweet.
