Glenglassaugh Evolution is created by maturing the whisky in a unique combination of the finest hand-picked ex-Tennessee first-fill whiskey barrels. This expression shows great depth of character and finesse, a harmonious combination of whisky and oak. Bottled at 50%, natural colour and non-chill filtered.
- Colour : Crisp harvest gold
- Nose : Luscious combination of sweet barley, delicate pineapple and waves of soft buttery vanilla. Deeper oak spices and caramelised pear develop.
- Palate : Robust, white peppery oak floods through crisp green apple and freshly cracked barley. A gentle salted caramel emerges alongside hints of ripe banana and fruit salad syrup.

About brand
Glenglassaugh Distillery, at the east end of the beautiful Sandend Bay, was founded by Col. James Moir in 1875. He quickly established a reputation for making a quality whisky and the company prospered.
He ran the distillery with his two nephews until 1892, when Glenglassaugh was purchased by Highland Distillers. After being completely re-built in 1960, the distillery continued to produce whisky until 1986 when it was mothballed.
The distillery sat silent for over 20 years until it was purchased by a group of investors and started production again in December 2008. In 2013, the BenRiach Distillery Company took over Glenglassaugh distillery with the intention to bring this iconic distillery fully back to life by giving it the investment, commitment and care it deserves.
Glenglassaugh is produced using the highest quality of Scottish barley and traditional distilling methods, our key focus being on quality. While many distilleries have become highly automated, here at Glenglassaugh our spirit is still handcrafted by a small, highly skilled team dedicated to creating the highest quality product. Only the finest casks are selected to slowly mature our precious spirit in our coastal warehouses until it is ready.

The Glendronach Revival 15 Years
After ceasing production in 2015, The GlenDronach Revival Aged 15 years now returns to the core range of the distillery’s line-up. The expression embodies The GlenDronach’s signature style of Spanish Sherry Cask maturation in fine Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry casks from Andalucía, quietly growing in stature for 15 years in the darkness of our dunnage warehouses.
In flavour, the expression offers sumptuous notes of dark fruits, rich chocolate and manuka honey with an enveloping, memorable finish worthy of this monumental malt’s history. This luxuriously sherried Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky is bottled at 46% ABV, non-chill filtered and natural in colour.
- Colour: Antique Bronze.
- Nose: An intoxicating burst of maraschino cherry, ripe bramble and dark chocolate mint with hints of orange bitters and walnut liquer.
- Taste: Honey-glazed apricot and ripe fig with a crescendo of black cherry, angelica and muscovado.
- Finish: Long and enveloping with dark manuka honey, herbal bitters and dark chocolate.

It’s aquamarine blue colour and hand-crafted production method make this Gin one of the most exclusive in the world.
Triple distilled in small batches under expert direction of our Master Distiller Charles Maxwell, The London N°1, is made from the highest quality English grain spirit from the sunny fields of Suffolk and Norfolk. Distillation takes place in a traditional pot still with 12 carefully selected botanicals.
The exceptional character of the London N°1 is a result of the perfect blend of 12 key botanicals from various parts of the world. Each botanical is specifically and meticulously selected to create a complex and sophisticated gin. Orange peel from Italy, Bergamot from Italy, Savory from the French Alps, Lemon Peel from Italy, Cinnamon from Sri Lanka, Angelica Root from the French Alps, Coriander from China, Juniper from Croatia, Almond from Greece, Liquorice from Turkey and Lily Root from Italy.
The London N°1 presents itself in a luminous, pale yet bright bluish Aquamarine colour; the nose reveals delightful scents of juniper berries and balsamic aromas. The alcohol is well integrated, elegant, and clean. A delicate palate with some viscosity, and a fine dry mouth feel. Mild but very aromatic, with quality balsamic notes. Very balanced overall with a long sensual finish.

Ferdinand’s Saar Dry Gin
An award-winning range of products from the 200 year old Avadis Distillery, infused with Riesling from the 275 year old Zilliken winery; Ferdinand’s owes its name to the Prussian District Forester, Ferdinand Geltz, who also co-founded the VDP Mosel Saar Ruwer Zilliken estate, one of Germany’s finest vineyards.
Carefully hand-picked Riesling grapes from the steep shale slopes of the Zilliken estate on the grand Saarburger Rausch site make our gin a unique taste experience.
Pot still production in small batches. The raw distillate produced from their own grain is distilled several times to form the basis for a selection of 34 hand-picked herbs, spices and fruits, which are carefully macerated to produce an eau-de-vie. The addtional use of a steam infusion of freshly harvested herbs adds unique fresh floral notes to their gin, which is rounded off with a precise measure of Schiefer Riesling. Having been left to rest for a period of 4 weeks in stoneware, Ferdinand’s Saar Dry Gin is set to a drinking strength of 44% abv using deminerlised water, then finally bottled.
- Ingredients: 34 regional botanicals (thyme, sloe, rose hip), pot still distilled, proprietary grain spirit made from a blend of wheat, rye and spelt, Riesling wine infused.

Orin Swift 8 Years In The Desert Gift Set
Dark garnet with a lucid rim, the wine exhibits aromas of briar fruit, ripe blackberry and dark plum with a tinge of minerality and charred meat. Brawny on the entry, it has an equally big mid-palate with complex flavours of ripe brambly fruit, a touch of earth and notes of espresso bean. Still massive through to the finish with soft drying tannins, the unique varietal characteristics of the blend clearly reveal themselves over time.

Tsukiyoshino – Junmai Daiginjo Yamadanishiki
Junmai Daiginjo that has been aged thoroughly in icy temperature over a year. As it took time for aging, contents in sake dissolve well in sake expressing the mellow mouthfeel as well as the umami of rice. It features muscat's aroma and crisp aftertaste. Medium bodied and mildly sweet.
