The 2022 Blank Stare pours a bright pale gold with an enticing shimmer of jade. Opening aromatics pilfer from the glass as it poursānotes of key lime, Granny Smith apple and hints of grapefruit, white pepper, frangipani and minerality. On the palate, the entry is crisp and fresh with bright lemon-lime, a touch of grapefruit and guava. The mid-palate and finish complement each other with a delicate and elegant fade of tropical mangosteen and lychee framed by youthful acidity.

Domaine Roc de lāAbbaye Sancerre 2022

Varietal: 100% Sauvignon Blanc
Colour: Pale golden hue
Nose: The discreet nose is dominated by notes of smoke and Earl Grey tea combined with swathes of clementine, yellow peach and mango.
Palate: Intensely fruity, reveals yellow peach, ripe nectarine, quince, as well as subtle notes of stewed fruits. The finish is long and saline.
Pairs well with Seafood platter or a fillet of red mullet in a white butter sauce with citrus and carrot flower honey.
Yangarra Roussanne 2021
Yangarra are one of the country's leaders in producing the varieties from the Rhone Valley.
Case in point being this excellent single varietal bottling of Roussanne. It is widely considered one of Australia's finest examples of what the variety is capable of.
The fruit is all biodynamically grown and picked by hand, with only 60% of juice pressed. It's fermented with wild yeasts, and left for 7 months on lees in barrel where it undergoes further stirring for added texture and complexity.
An organically grown high-quality example of this popular Rhone white variety. Textural and highly drinkable.
Domaine Albert Mann Pinot Gris 2022
This wine is part of Albert Mannās Tradition range, recognisable thanks to the label designed by FranƧois Bruetschy. These wines are made to bring their grape variety to the fore, and here itās the Pinot Gris grape that takes centre stage. The vines are grown in the Wettolsheim and Kientzheim parcels where the soils are composed of chalk and clay. This is a yellow-coloured wine with hints of green. Its aromas evoke elderberry and lime with a dash of apple On the palate youāll get a lively mouthful, at once fresh and harmonious with a touch of spice and liquorice. We recommend pairing this with a ballotine of poultry or veal with courgette.

Chateau de Pommard Corton-Charlemagne Grand Cru 2019
The juice dedicated to our Corton-Charlemagne Grand CruĀ is placed into French oak barrels where it undergoes both fermentation and aging. The wine isnāt filtered, nor racked during these processes, which allows it to keep its lees. These natural deposits bring complexity and depth while enhancing the freshness of the wine.
Corton Charlemagne Grand Cru is a vibrant and refined white wine. Its clear lemon color hides a very intense nose of white flowers, lemon, pear and white peaches, lined with notes of fresh mushrooms and chalky minerality. On the palate, the same flavors are expressed, concentrated and multi-layered yet elegant and well defined. The finish is long, with a lingering minerality expressive of this unique terroir.

Its refreshing palate reveals a certain sweetness, highlighted by vanilla and smoke. The lightly saline finish evolves pleasantly before ending with a touch of mint.

Barrel-fermented white that not only stands out for its sonorous name.Ā It is a wine like few others are madeĀ ;Ā Powerful, meaty and notable for its creaminess and perfect acidity point.Ā It is made with white Garnacha, Viura and MalvasĆa from seven plots.Ā A great white, elegant and durable.
Nose:Ā It is a fine and elegant wine.Ā With citrus aromas, notes of wild flowers and aromatic herbs, as well as hints of stone fruits (apricot, plum), and very mineral.Ā The contribution of very fine oak promises good integration.

TASTING
Complex and multi-layered, our Chassagne-Montrachet 2021 has a straw-gold color. The buttery nose is marked by aromas of Acacia and hawthorn. The palate is fresh, with rich notes of dried fruits and honey, and a light touch of white pepper. The finish is persistent and refreshing. There is no doubt this wine is capable of seducing again and again over the next 10 years.

SOILS
Rising between 220 and 325 meters above sea level, the soils composed of marl, clay, limestone and pebbles in the southern end of the CĆ“te de Beaune produce this Chassagne-Montrachet, a fresh and full-bodied Chardonnay showing the finest expression of the terroir.
WINEMAKING
Alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts and aging in the same French oak barrels. Malolactic fermentation. Aging on fine lees. Fining and light filtration before bottling.

J. DenuziĆØre Saint-Joseph Blanc 2021
The wines are well-balanced and full of flavour, yellow in colour with a glimmer of green and a structure that changes according to the planting. Marsanne requires a dry, hot climate with plenty of sunshine, but is robust and vigorous and can thrive in the poorest of soils. Its wines are powerful, with medium acidity. Floral aromas develop on ageing, alongside notes of hazelnuts.
