BenMarco Sin Límites expresses our efforts to discover the most interesting combinations of soil and climate, where there are no limits to exploration, to reveal wines with unique identity and personality. With this organic wine, we fulfill our desire to return to a pesticide-free viticulture, based on using soil conditioners, working the soil and being friendlier with the environment and the people. BenMarco Sin Límites Organic Malbec is made with organic grapes from selected plots in the I.G. (appellation) Los Chacayes, Valle de Uco, at 1,100 m.a.s.l. (3,600 ft.). This wine is a great option to enjoy paired with roasted, grilled, or sautéed preparations, cured and cold meats, poultry, nuts. Eden Valley is the perfect backdrop for us to further push our vinous boundaries. At a higher elevation than the Barossa Valley below, we embrace the funk to make even more diverse expressions of Syrah that speak of their unique sites. It’s all about the one. Give the drummer some! With this Eden Valley project we are looking for the ultimate expressions of three cooler climate sites and working hard to find them, utilising all our experience. Syrah from a single vineyard in Craneford. Colour: Garnet red with purple hues Nose: Complex nose of dark cherry, tomato leaf, celery and pepper spice. Palate: A textured palate of fine graphite tannins support complex dark cherry, savoury and Bloody Mary flavours.

A deep maroon core with a ruby rim, the 2021 Eight Years in the Desert opens with aromas of wild blackberry, pepper, oatmeal raisin cookie, Sequoia forest floor, bay leaf and spices. The entry is broad and opulent with a mid-palate of brambly raspberry, black cherry, ripe blueberry and a hint of cacao. The wine has superb length through the finish with ripe tannins and a close of sweet oak.
