Chateau de Pommard Corton Charlemagne Grand Cru 2020
Vilmart & Cie Emotion 2015
The color of this wine is orange pink. The calm and regular effervescence gives birth to a sustained and delicate cord whose bubble is very fine.
On the nose, this wine is powerful, fruity, developing aromas of strawberry, raspberry, sour cherry and floral notes of peony with a vanilla finish. This bouquet of fruit is supported by slight notes of almond, cinnamon, honey and wood. Length, complexity and balance define a mouth in harmony with the nose.
We note a beautiful purity, an excellent finesse on the palate with a creamy texture that allows us to discover an elegant wine with and beautiful vinosity. In the mouth, very refreshing, reminiscent of pomelos on the finish.
Wine and food pairing
This cuvee is appreciated with refined dishes, such as salmon in strawberry foil or fried langoustines. It can also be served with a fillet of red mullet, or even a rib of lamb marinated with vegetables. Finally, for sushi lovers, this champagne is the perfect match.Guillaume Gonnet Bel Ami Chateauneuf-du-Pape 2019
Soft round tannins, a very elegant wine. Red and black fruit bouquet, (cherries, blackberries), hints of garrigues, Christmas cake and peppery spice. A fine wine. This wine will open beautifully if decanted at least 1 hour before serving. Good for pairing with Coq au Vin, Magret de Canard (Duck), charcuterie such as Parma ham, spicy sausage, and a selection of cheeses, such as comté and beaufort.
Vines are 50-90 years old.
70% Grenache, 10% Syrah, 10% Mouvèdre, 10% Cinsault
"Juicy and vivid, with a mix of cassis, cherry paste, and raspberry coulis flavors that grab your eye, while light anise, floral and applewood notes fill in through the racy finish. Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre and Cinsault. Best from 2023 through 2036. 3,000 cases made, 2,000 cases imported." - 93 points, Wine Spectator
La Maison Fontaine® Blanche
La Maison Fontaine® Blanche, the World's most awarded blanche absinthe, is masterfully refined using an array of natural herbs including our world-renowned Pontarlier-grown Grande Absinthe.
Sweet and refreshing taste characterised by rich floral notes with hints of lemon and mint, Fontaine Blanche is a classic absinthe with a contemporary twist.
Re-discover Lost Art. Connoisseurs believe that the perfect serve is to drip 3 measures of chilled water from an absinthe fountain over 1 measure of Fontaine Blanche. This creates a stimulating, refreshing drink with a silky white louche. Some prefer a more intense flavour and sip it neat or pour it over ice.
Fontaine Blanche is also a wonderfully versatile spirit that can be mixed into an array of sublime cocktails. We call this The Art of Imagination.

Chateau Malartic Lagraviere Blanc 2018
The Pessac-LĂ©ognan white 2018 is intense on the nose with pleasant aromas of stone fruit, citrus and green apple. It is a balanced white Bordeaux wine, tense, and with a freshness enhanced by a wonderful minerality. This very delicious wine develops a great aromatic bouquet on the finish, which also boasts fantastic length.

Chateau de Pommard Clos Marey Monge – Nicolas Joseph 2018
Nicolas-Joseph’s 3 hectares are comprised of flat limestone rocks with red clay — yielding a fleshy, complex Pinot Noir with red fruits and sweet, silky tannins. Divided into two parts, Jeunes and Vieilles, this plot located alongside the north-eastern facade of the Château Marey-Monge displays the least calcareous soil structure in the Clos.
Hand-harvested grapes, hand-sorted on a vibrating table. 100% de-stemmed, placed into stainless steel fermentation vats by gravity flow. Weeks-long maceration, minimal pumping-over and punching-down. Pressing in pneumatic press. Placed in French oak barrels for aging on fine lees. Light filtration
Tasting Notes: With a deep ruby color, our Nicolas-Joseph 2018 reveals a nose marked by floral aromas of fresh and faded roses, accompanied by ripe black fruit and sweet spices. The palate confirms the aromatic profile and unveils notes of cinnamon and clove. With its relaxed tannins, this round and full-bodied Pommard can be enjoyed today, but will only reach its peak in the next decade.
