This wine is part of Albert Mann’s Tradition range, recognisable thanks to the label designed by François Bruetschy. These wines are made to bring their grape variety to the fore, and here it’s the Pinot Gris grape that takes centre stage. The vines are grown in the Wettolsheim and Kientzheim parcels where the soils are composed of chalk and clay. This is a yellow-coloured wine with hints of green. Its aromas evoke elderberry and lime with a dash of apple On the palate you’ll get a lively mouthful, at once fresh and harmonious with a touch of spice and liquorice. We recommend pairing this with a ballotine of poultry or veal with courgette. Pinot Gris Albert Mann serve at a temperature of 12°C.
