First Drop Cold Sweat Eden Valley Syrah – Craneford (Single Vineyard) 2014
Eden Valley is the perfect backdrop for us to further push our vinous boundaries. At a higher elevation than the Barossa Valley below, we embrace the funk to make even more diverse expressions of Syrah that speak of their unique sites. It’s all about the one. Give the drummer some! With this Eden Valley project we are looking for the ultimate expressions of three cooler climate sites and working hard to find them, utilising all our experience. Syrah from a single vineyard in Craneford.
Colour: Garnet red with purple hues
Nose: Complex nose of dark cherry, tomato leaf, celery and pepper spice.
Palate: A textured palate of fine graphite tannins support complex dark cherry, savoury and Bloody Mary flavours.
Cockburn’s Fine Tawny
Cockburn’s Fine Tawny is a blend of young, vibrant wines from different harvests aged for an average of two to three years in casks before being blended and bottled ready to enjoy. They are lighter in colour than Ruby Ports and combine the fruitiness of young wines and the nuttiness derived from the maturation in seasoned oak casks.
A bright reddish tawny colour. On the nose Cockburn’s Fine Tawny has light and crisp fruit aromas balanced with a nutty toffee mellowness achieved through its maturation in oak casks. On the palate it’s elegant and well balanced, with a smooth and subtle long finish.
Cockburn’s Fine Tawny is the perfect accompaniment to rich creamy desserts and dried fruits but is also wonderful enjoyed on its own or as part of a long drink. It does not need to be decanted and should be consumed within four weeks of opening. Serve slightly chilled.

A bouquet that is powerful and complex, an explosion of exotic fruits, flowers, and spices. The enveloping palate strikes a delicate balance between power and finesse. From vineyards located in Wettolseim and Kientzheim grown on marly-limestone. Clear and delicate. Lovely lifted floral rose and peony aromas. On the palate, rich rounded exotic tropical fruit flavours with a beautiful core of clean refreshing acid. This is delightful.

Pale yellow colour with golden glints. Elegant bouquet of spring flowers and fresh spices such as anise or fennel. Smooth mouth revealing a rich and long complexity of white fruits balanced by a mineral freshness.
Enjoy fresh and fruity in the first 5 years. Ageing potential of 8 to 10 years. Try the Classique White as an apéritif with salmon cream toasts or simply dry nuts! Excellent with grilled fish and also white meat. Perfect with goat and sheep fresh cheese. Aerate and drink at around 14°C. If served too cold, this wine will not develop its full aroma.

Expressive nose of ripe red fruits (plums, ripe cassis …), spices and with an elegant touch of new oak. On the palate, the wine is immediately harmonious and seductive with velvety ripe-fruit flavours wonderfully cradled by the new–oak. Medium bodied with ripe tannins and a savoury finish.
Blend of 75% Merlot and 25% Cabernet Sauvignon. Harvest is done 100% by hand. Traditional vinification in stainless steel and temperature-controlled vats. Ageing in oak barrels for 6 to 8 months.

Aromas of lemon and green. Elegant, with a fresh acidity that cheers it up, adding a crunchy sensation to the green fruit on the palate. Simple and generous and long finish.

Palate: fresh and long-lasting finish with an excellent nose/mouth correspondence, balanced acidity with a fresh and captivating character

The white wines present exceptional quality. The cool August produced superbly balanced grapes, highlighting their aromatic profiles.

Domaine Albert Mann Riesling 2021
The wine presents a beautiful aromatic expression after aeration. It is a pretty discreet wine although having a typical vivacity quite astonishing, showing nice aromas of minerality and silex, in addition with aromatics herbs such as verbena, savory and agastache. The first impression in mouth is really pleasant; the freshness is present playing delicately with some ripe fruits, some pepper scent and lime, associate with a small tint of white flower, as linden. The acidity gives an exceptional precision. This is the perfect definition of the Riesling, all in finesse.
Orin Swift Abstract 2021
Nose: An opaque purple core with a glowing mauve rim, the 2021 Abstract brings forth opening aromas of muddled blue and blackberries with a frame of dark chocolate brownie and seasoned leather.
Palate: The wine enters with class, being soft and lush, with notes of ripe plum, boysenberry and Santa Maria tri-tip. Grippy, chewy tannins, the wine closes with pleasing sarsaparilla and blackcurrant.

Vilmart & Cie Coeur de Cuvee 2014
On the eye, straw-yellow colour is accompanied with a fine persistent mousse. On the nose, it has subtle notes of flowers and fresh fruits which subtle lemon flavours. On the palate, it has aromas of butter, “crème brûlée” and spices blossom and awaken taste buds. It is a gourmand and generous wine with an exceptional freshness.
80% Chardonnay, 20% Pinot Noir
A perfect pairing for crayfish and porcini mushrooms, scallop tartare or a “foie gras” pan-fried will bring depth and a beautiful aromatic evolution.

IGT Toscano Rosso
Very deep red with purple shadows, a large bouquet of black fruits, forest floor, pinewood with a hint of white rose and jasmine. A distinctive texture of well-bounds tannins paired with a great minerality; a slight bitterness develops as an after-taste.
Food Pairing: Grilled dishes of any kind, aged cheese, pizza, pasta, casseroles and poultry.
Recommended Serving Temperature: 16° to 18°C.
