Domaine Albert Mann Riesling 2021
The wine presents a beautiful aromatic expression after aeration. It is a pretty discreet wine although having a typical vivacity quite astonishing, showing nice aromas of minerality and silex, in addition with aromatics herbs such as verbena, savory and agastache. The first impression in mouth is really pleasant; the freshness is present playing delicately with some ripe fruits, some pepper scent and lime, associate with a small tint of white flower, as linden. The acidity gives an exceptional precision. This is the perfect definition of the Riesling, all in finesse.

Domaine Albert Mann Pinot Noir Grand H 2019
A beautiful limpid color, color chart of ruby with purple reflections. We begin with a nose with rich aromatic expressions, on the one hand a wild side, undergrowth, black truffle and on the other hand a pronounced bouquet of ripe black fruits, Burlat cherries, blackcurrant, blackberry and wild blueberry, which are both intense and promising for a captivating great wine. On the palate, it is a very nice, generous and powerful Pinot Noir. There are also noble spices, touches of roasted coffee and bitter chocolate from Tanzania. A great finesse of tannins lines the palate, revealing a thickness and a width, characteristic of the Grand Cru Hengst. A fusion between the balance of the fruit and the haute couture aging presents us, a wine of pleasure under the sign of the gluttony with a promising future.
Grapes come from Wintzenheim, on the Grand Cru Hengst. Marno-calcaro-sandstone, southern exposure. Vines are about 40 years old.
"Very deep, rooty nose with so many forest-berry aromas, as well as wild herbs. Then a giant wave of earthy power hits you on the expansive palate. Huge concentration, but every bit as much drive. The intense minerality at the finish may be too much for some, but for us this is the full expression of a unique terroir for the pinot noir grape. From vines in the Grand Cru Hengst. From biodynamically grown grapes. More than 50% whole cluster, then matured in 60% new, the rest second use. Drink or hold." - 98 points, James Suckling
Chateau de Pommard Corton Charlemagne Grand Cru 2020
Vilmart & Cie Emotion 2015
The color of this wine is orange pink. The calm and regular effervescence gives birth to a sustained and delicate cord whose bubble is very fine.
On the nose, this wine is powerful, fruity, developing aromas of strawberry, raspberry, sour cherry and floral notes of peony with a vanilla finish. This bouquet of fruit is supported by slight notes of almond, cinnamon, honey and wood. Length, complexity and balance define a mouth in harmony with the nose.
We note a beautiful purity, an excellent finesse on the palate with a creamy texture that allows us to discover an elegant wine with and beautiful vinosity. In the mouth, very refreshing, reminiscent of pomelos on the finish.
Wine and food pairing
This cuvee is appreciated with refined dishes, such as salmon in strawberry foil or fried langoustines. It can also be served with a fillet of red mullet, or even a rib of lamb marinated with vegetables. Finally, for sushi lovers, this champagne is the perfect match.Domaine Albert Mann Grand Cru Steingrubler Gewurztraminer 2017
This wine has a bright, light yellow color. The nose is perfumed, flattering and expressive without exuberance, with aromas of pineapple and mango with a hint of spice. The attack on the palate is both tender and velvety. The finish is persistent and greedy on exotic notes of lychee and pepper. Its suppleness is loaded with refinement and finesse which provides good digestibility for this grape variety. Very harmonious in his balance, he is a straight gentleman with very broad shoulders.
Guillaume Gonnet Bel Ami Chateauneuf-du-Pape 2019
