In the 2021 vintage, Guidalberto displays a deep, ruby-red colour, characteristic of Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. Bright red with purple nuances. Respectable acidity and PH and a beautiful balance of musts that are well structured but harmonious and fruity. Blending wines with a non-invasive structure, a good balance in terms of acidity and density of the wine, combined with soft and well-integrated tannins. Beautiful spiciness. A pleasant palate of every day wine drinking, with juicy red fruits. A very good wine that is meant to be enjoyed young.
Pair with grilled steak or steak salad, hamburgers and other casual but flavorful beef dishes. Has good acidity to compliment marinara and bolognese sauces.

Yangarra Roussanne 2021
Yangarra are one of the country's leaders in producing the varieties from the Rhone Valley.
Case in point being this excellent single varietal bottling of Roussanne. It is widely considered one of Australia's finest examples of what the variety is capable of.
The fruit is all biodynamically grown and picked by hand, with only 60% of juice pressed. It's fermented with wild yeasts, and left for 7 months on lees in barrel where it undergoes further stirring for added texture and complexity.
An organically grown high-quality example of this popular Rhone white variety. Textural and highly drinkable.
Louis M. Martini Monte Rosso Cabernet Sauvignon 2018
Our 2018 Monte Rosso Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon is a slice of history in a glass. We gathered the fruit from a selection of our favorite blocks in our historic Monte Rosso Vineyard, including the oldest Cabernet Sauvignon block in California. The nose fills with Monte Rosso’s signature spice and sweet wood aromatics and a thread of smoky ancho. Notes of ripe cherry, black currant and warm plum compote fill the palate. Underlying hints of sarsaparilla and caramelized oak lead to a long, earthy finish with a touch of wet clay.

Domaine Albert Mann Pinot Gris 2022
This wine is part of Albert Mann’s Tradition range, recognisable thanks to the label designed by François Bruetschy. These wines are made to bring their grape variety to the fore, and here it’s the Pinot Gris grape that takes centre stage. The vines are grown in the Wettolsheim and Kientzheim parcels where the soils are composed of chalk and clay. This is a yellow-coloured wine with hints of green. Its aromas evoke elderberry and lime with a dash of apple On the palate you’ll get a lively mouthful, at once fresh and harmonious with a touch of spice and liquorice. We recommend pairing this with a ballotine of poultry or veal with courgette.

Produced organically and biodynamically, this Gewurztraminer Grand Cru offers up notes of exotic fruits, citrus fruits and flowers, such as rose and sweet spices. Supple and generous, it is balanced by a nice freshness which allows it to reach exemplary finesse. Pair with slightly spicy foods.

Refreshing red fruit rather than black fruit with nice freshness. The palate shows some fine grain and bright acidity. There is a lot of wood on the finish that hangs around with a plume of smoke, adding some beautiful complexity.

The oak is still noticeable after 18 months in new barriques, and I'd wait a little longer before pulling the cork. It has the perfume of La Cueva in the background.
