Our 2018 Sonoma County Cabernet Sauvignon showcases ripe note of blackberry, blueberry and red plum. Accompanying with hints of cocoa and oak. They are perfect pair with strong and firm cheese such as asiago, Cheddar, Smoked Gouda and even pungent cheese like blue cheese and Gorgonzola. They can also be paired with Steak, Lamb and Venison.

It’s only ready when our tasters say it is. We judge it by the way it looks. By its aroma. And of course, by the way it tastes. It’s how Jack Daniel himself did it over a century ago. And how we still do it today.
- Nose: Caramel with mild hints of banana
- Taste: Balanced caramel, vanilla and toasted oak, medium bodied.
- Finish: Creamy/Clean finish
- Aroma: Crisp green apple and classic Old No. 7 cues of caramel, oak and a soft spice.
- Taste: Fresh cut apples combined with warm caramel and toffee that balance the classic spice of Old No. 7. All at 70 proof.
- Finish: Rich and smooth with sweet apples and a touch of toasted oak.
- Nose: Caramel and charred oak, a little orange blossom, manuka honey and vanilla.
- Palate: Thick and creamy with notes of vanilla, toasty oak, honey again, a little apricot too.
- Finish: Good length – rounded and rich.

We should use this naming structure when possible, and at least in first reference. Subsequent references in copy can shorthand to Jack Daniel’s No. 27 Gold, if needed. Avoid calling our expression “No. 27,” “Jack Daniel’s 27.”

Dark garnet with a lucid rim, the wine exhibits aromas of briar fruit, ripe blackberry and dark plum with a tinge of minerality and charred meat. Brawny on the entry, it has an equally big mid-palate with complex flavours of ripe brambly fruit, a touch of earth and notes of espresso bean. Still massive through to the finish with soft drying tannins, the unique varietal characteristics of the blend clearly reveal themselves over time.
