Blend of 75% Merlot and 25% Cabernet Sauvignon. Harvest is done 100% by hand. Traditional vinification in stainless steel and temperature-controlled vats. Ageing in oak barrels for 6 to 8 months.

[Bundle of 3] Louis M. Martini Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2018
Our 2018 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is a layered wine with notes of black cherry, blackberry and plum are complemented by hits of toasted oak, dried currant and baking spice. Fine grained tannins and ample brightness on the palate give way to a polished mouthfeel and exceptionally long finish.
Upon arrival at the winery, the grapes were carefully destemmed and transferred to upright tanks for a two-day cold soak. To build its round, elegant mouthfeel, the wine saw 15 to 20 days of maceration time and was pumped over two to three times daily. Each lot was aged and meticulously evaluated separately, with the final blend taking place in May 2019. In total, the wine aged for 16 months in a combination of French and American oak barrels (40% new).

"A slightly high-toned red with walnut, berry, chocolate and spice on the nose and palate. Medium-to full-bodied with chewy tannins and a rich finish. Ruby red with purple reflections, Le Volte dell' Ornellaia 2020 has a vinous bouquet, releasing a complexity of aromas ranging from ripe red fruits, to Mediterranean scrub, up to delicate notes of tobacco and spices. The mouthfeel is soft and silky, but at the same time supported by a lively acidity that gives us a crisp, persistent finish.

Nose: Soft buttery vanilla ice-cream drenched in tropical fruit, with chocolate and a touch of sea salt.

Nose: Dark fruit cake, with some chocolate covered coffee beans, and woody spices.
Palate: Sweet dates and raisins, toasted walnuts, affogato, and cinnamon and ginger spice.

Cocchi Brut is a sparkling wine characterized by a straw color, almost ivory, with delicate green nuances The nose is immediately very intense and enveloping, with white flowers (such as lotus and gardenia) and freshly cut fruit in the mouth it is creamy thanks to the fine and persistent perlage with notes of white peach, lychee and a hint of fresh hazelnut. A refreshing aroma of squeezed mandarin lingers on the finish.
Cocchi Brut is a versatile and modern sparkling wine suitable for any situation, to be enjoyed as an aperitif or throughout the meal.
