Pale gold in colour, highlighted with flecks of silver, followed by fine and elegant bubbles, creating a delicate cord.
On the nose, the primary aromas are floral notes of honeysuckle and orange blossom, associated with the freshness of apple, peach wine, pear and nectarines. On the secondary aromas, there is greater complexity and richness with toasted almonds, butter biscuits expressing the maturation of this wine.
Once on your palate, it is characterized by a greater complexity. interwined acacia honey aromas with apricot jam, candied mango and hazelnut. The finish expresses a great minerality with a remarkable length.

Much of our time is spent in the vineyard, analysing each block and making adjustments to farming based on the vines needs. Attention to detail is fundamental in our quest to make the finest blend possible. For the fourth release of āFā, we have again incorporated some of the best regions in France, drawing upon our network of growers from Rhone, Roussillon, and Bordeaux. Our commitment to quality and our hands-on approach has enabled us to secure fruit from some exceptional old vine blocks located in revered sub-appellations of this great country. With some history of production now under our belt, weāve had time to nurture our relationships with our growers while introducing new sites which weāre excited about. It is our constant quest to be better each year that drives us to over deliver, which we believe we have achieved with this wine.
A dominant nose of raspberry, rhubarb, and wild strawberry are complemented by savoury aromas of humid tobacco, lavender and rose petal. An immediate entry of cranberry and other red fruit leads to a touch of savouriness. -e wine is fresh and lively with great acidity and approachable tannins.

A solid effort from this beautiful St.-Julien estate, the 2013 Beychevelle displays a healthy dark plum/ruby/purple-tinged color along with a floral-scented nose offering notes of black and red currants, forest floor, and subtle oak. Chateau Gouprie Pomerol 2017
Chateau Gourprie owned by the Moze Berthon family since 1820, is a charming little estate situated at Maillet, neighboring ChĆ¢teau Gazin, l'Evangile and Le Bon Pasteur.
This vineyard is composed of 4.5 hectares laying on a superb clay-limestone and ferruginous subsoil typical of the Pomerol area. Since 2014 Hubert de BoĆ¼ard (Chateau Angelus) is the wine consultant as well as Chateau Maillet the other Pomerol jewel of the Moze-Berthon family.

TASTING NOTES
Carmin color with beautiful depth. Complex nose, expressing ripe red fruit (crushed strawberry), vanilla and torrefaction. In the mouth the texture is silky and tannins express finesse and balance. The mouth evolution is long and harmonious with notes licorice and tobacco.

Limpid, pale yellow wine with golden highlights. Rich and complex nose, with a blend of white fruits and flowers, fresh and sweet spices and honey, nuts. Plentiful, structured and creamy mouth unveiling a lovely aromatic intensity. Long and fresh elegant finish.
Fresh and fruity when young, gaining more complexity after 5-10 years. Potential of 15-20 years. Drink as an aperitif with marinated sardines. Perfect with fish, veal or poultry in sauce, as well as more spicy dishes. Excellent match with cured cheeses. Decant a few hours and serve at 14Ā°C. If served too cold, the wine will not develop its full aroma.

The straw-yellow colour with pale green highlights is fed by a very delicate effervescence announcing breadth and finesse.
On the nose, a harmonious bouquet of citrus fruits animates our senses with in particular, lemon, lime and grapefruit. In aromatic support, subtle vanilla notes and roasted hazelnuts bring structure and consistency to the wine. On the palate, our taste buds discover dried fruits always highlighted by vanilla and hazelnut. After a few moments, apricot, ripe pear and honeysuckle flavours complete this wine of great complexity. A delicate and silky texture on the mouth reflects the personality of this chiseled wine.
This vintage made from sixty years old vines on a chalk floor, brings us a very developed mineral side. Blending composed of 100% Chardonnay classified Premier Cru and from vines of sixty years old age in Rilly-la-Montagne (Les Blanches Voies parcel). Ageing 10 months in oak barrels. 84 months on lies in the cellars after bottling. No malolactic fermentation. Dosage 4g/L. Limited quantity per vintage.

Across the CĆ“te de Beaune, limestone-rich soils are perfect for producing our Bourgogne Chardonnay, a well-balanced, fruity and fresh wine showing the potential of the Chardonnay grape. The most approachable appellation of Burgundy summarizes the essence of the regionās native white grape. We see it as an entry door on all the Villages, Premiers Crus and Grands Crus Burgundyās vineyards have to offer.
Pale yellow in color with hints of gold, this Burgundy Chardonnayās bouquet offers notes of ripe citrus and white flowers. The palate is fresh and generous, with delicious notes of almonds. The long, mouthwatering finish is complemented by the richness of this vintage. It can age gracefully for at least the next 10 years in your cellar.
