Beronia Reserva is made from a selection of the best grapes from the oldest Tempranillo vines, plus some Graciano y Mazuelo. After a spell undergoing cold pre-fermentation maceration and controlled fermentation with periodic pumping over to extract the desired colour and aromas, the wine spent 18 months in mixed French and American oak barrels to create the unmistakable “Beronia Style”. Lastly the wine was left to rest in the bottle a further 18 months before being released to the market.

Finally, the wine is racked to neutral oak barrels and aged for 8 months.
2019 VINTAGE

Harvest began during the projected timeframe and gave us intense fruit with great balance between the acidity and the tannins. It gave us a fresh carménère, with structure and a smooth finish.

"Lots of sour black cherries, some baked currants and dried flowers, dried herbs and stems. A full-bodied red with broad-shouldered tannins. Chewy, but still polished and refined. More structured than the 2021 vintage, but less tangy. Characterful. From organically grown grapes." 93 points, James Suckling
Veramonte Cabernet Sauvignon 2020
CABERNET SAUVIGNON | 2020
COLCHAGUA VALLEY
EXPRESSIVE • INTENSE • RICH
Aromas of ripe black fruit, leather and vanilla are complemented with cassis flavors and hints of spices, with a long velvety finish.
A challenging early harvest, with the principal factor being a winter with low levels of precipitation that favored our organic vineyards. Severe frosts in some zones of the valley affected yields, but maintained the quality of the grapes, and summer saw elevated temperatures. Harvest began early, and thanks to this we had expressive and intense fruit with balanced acidity and ripe tannins.
Recommended Serving Temperature: 16ºC
Food Pairing: Lamb shanks, Beef empanadas
Domaine Albert Mann Grand Cru Steingrubler Gewurztraminer 2017
This wine has a bright, light yellow color. The nose is perfumed, flattering and expressive without exuberance, with aromas of pineapple and mango with a hint of spice. The attack on the palate is both tender and velvety. The finish is persistent and greedy on exotic notes of lychee and pepper. Its suppleness is loaded with refinement and finesse which provides good digestibility for this grape variety. Very harmonious in his balance, he is a straight gentleman with very broad shoulders.

CHARDONNAY | 2022
CASABLANCA VALLEY
BRIGHT • LUSCIOUS • SMOOTH
Fresh and expressive aromas of pear, quince, and lemon curd, interwoven with toasty oak notes. On the palate, vibrant purity of the fruit, with a beautiful texture and depth that leads to a memorable long finish. A very expressive and elegant wine.
This vintage in Casablanca presented good conditions starting in spring, setting us up for excellent flowering and fruit set. Harvest began the last week of February, which was slightly delayed from what we had planned. However, things sped up and we had a very good ripening curve, especially at the end of the season. This year, the first varieties to be harvested were Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, having received very good temperatures from October onwards.
This Chardonnay is silky and mineral and is without a doubt an elegant and expressive wine.
