Ruby red with purple reflections, Le Volte dell' Ornellaia 2020 has a vinous bouquet, releasing a complexity of aromas ranging from ripe red fruits, to Mediterranean scrub, up to delicate notes of tobacco and spices. The mouthfeel is soft and silky, but at the same time supported by a lively acidity that gives us a crisp, persistent finish.

Blend of 75% Merlot and 25% Cabernet Sauvignon. Harvest is done 100% by hand. Traditional vinification in stainless steel and temperature-controlled vats. Ageing in oak barrels for 6 to 8 months.

Yangarra Roux Beaute Roussanne 2020
The 2019 growing season was very dry, which resulted in incredibly low yields. We had a relatively warm lead up to the ripening period, which produced a very condensed and fast harvest. With Roussanne being a late ripening variety, it faired very well in a season like this, giving rise to concentration, freshness of flavor and marked natural acidity.
Hand-picked from Block 6 (1.0 ha) on March 16th, our oldest Roussanne planting which is now 15 years old. 50% is destemmed, crushed, and filled to 675L ceramic eggs, where it is fermented and remains on the skins for 193 days. The other 50% is pressed into ceramic eggs and fermented off of the skins. The final blend was 40% extended skin batch and 60% without skin contact. A pure expression of a minimally oaked Pinot Noir, our Micault 2020 displays a deep ruby color. This refreshing and elegant wine features aromas of red fruits, such as redcurrant and cherry, with a hint of spice. On the palate, the tannins are ethereal and lacy. Micault 2020 explodes in the mouth with its jubilant, juicy Morello cherry profile. Enjoyable today, this Pommard will evolve gracefully over the next 10 years.
Maturation: 18 months in 15% new French oak barrels

Primus Cabernet Sauvignon 2020

An excellent example of the Cabernet Sauvignon variety, ideal for lovers of the variety. Its rich aroma features notes of blackberry and cherry, along with vanilla and cedar. Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels, it is a balanced wine, with a silky texture and tannins that are present, but polished and round. It pairs perfectly with red meat dishes, especially barbecue. Enjoy now or save to enjoy in years to come.

Domaine Albert Mann Pinot Noir Grand P 2020
Its deep robe is intense ruby in color, supported by purple reflections on the fringes like a precious fabric. The jamb is generous, suggesting a good glycerol content. The vivid disc is crisp and bright. The wine has a direct, precise aromatic expression. The juice is very young, with aromas of fruits such as raspberry, blackcurrant and blackberry in jelly. It also exalts scents of black tapenade accompanied by an empyreumatic touch, signature of the great Pfersigberg terroir. This Pinot Noir terroir-climate-grape variety is proving to be a great success. The first palate is complex, balanced and harmonious with a dense and racy structure; the persistent and pleasant tannins are of high quality, for the moment still a little tight. The aristocratic breeding is of good quality.
Grapes come from Eguisheim, on the Grand Cru Pfersigberg. Vines are about 35 years old.
