Founded in 1896, 123 years ago in Shiodaira plain, where is blessed with fertile land and natural water.
A craft sakes with limited production headed by female master brewer and her husband. They leverage on brewing sakes only during winter period to achieve the best results of crafted sakes. Living up to its motto of "what the worthful sake is to be loved". There are less than 30 female sake master brewers in over 1200 breweries in Japan.
