Orin Swift Palermo 2021
Poured as a dark garnet, the wine opens with primary aromas of ripe cassis and blackberry. Supporting hints of dark chocolate, toasted oak and cedar support the typical Orin Swift Cabernet Sauvignon nose. The entry is flooding with notes of dark fruits and a mid-palate bolstered with redcurrant, bay leaf and a reemergence of cassis. The wine closes with well-developed tannins and a striking minerality despite the supple and soft finish.
BLEND: Cabernet Sauvignon

Orin Swift 8 Years In The Desert 2020
Bright violet in the glass, the 2020 8 Years in the Desert is the epitome of our style, the reason we are even here in the first place.
Nose: As itās being poured, the aromatics hit squarely on the nose with a perception of sweetness: pure brambly raspberry juice and blueberry preserves with a hint of white pepper and High Sierra forest floor. Yet, the perceived sweetness on the nose is just that, perceived, and doesnāt carry through to the palate.
Palate: Lush and enveloping with a beam of acidity, notes of blackberry pie, plum and kirsch flourish. Ultra-round tannins and lingering raspberry, the wine finishes in slow-motion.
Varietal: Zinfandel, Syrah, Petite Sirah

Gonzalez Byass Una Palma
The Macharnudo and Carrascal āpagosā (estates) deliver an expression of the best of our land in this intense, salty, richly flavoured and mineral Fino. The solera comprises 139 barrels that undergo biological ageing for more than 6 years. Three have been selected for this release, numbers 84, 11 and 90, from the second floor of the Gran Bodega TĆo Pepe.
The three barrels were selected for their special finesse and delicate nature and because they are a faithful reflection of how TĆo Pepe evolves. Barrel 84, 11 and 90 display aromas of breadmaking, almonds, talcum powder and the veil of Flor. The wine is elegant, very dry, richly flavoured, salty and slightly bitter on the palate.
Luce Lucente 2019
A cold and sunny winter was followed by a spring characterized by low average temperatures and heavy precipitation, which contributed to the creation of important water reserves in the soil. The reduced sunlight coupled with the heavy rainfall resulted in a slight delay in the vegetative cycle of the grapevine. Flowering took place between the end of May and early June, after which the growing season continued regularly with a hot summer free of excessive temperatures and some rainfall occurring between late July and early August. The mild temperatures in September and the good water reserves supported a slow and regular ripening of the grapes.
Lucente 2019 is an intense purplish red wine. The nose is characterized by notes of ripe red fruit, raspberries and sour cherries, combined with a touch of vanilla and a slight balsamic hint. On the palate, the wine is soft, balanced and well-supported by a pleasant crispness and smooth tannins, characteristics that together with its sweet aftertaste give the wine a persistent finish.
Food Pairing: Beef, Lamb, Veal, Poultry, Cured Meat
"Lots of blue fruit, graphite and stone aromas and flavors. Medium-bodied with tight and linear tannins and a fresh, vivid finish. Punchy, yet fine, suggesting two to four years of bottle will soften the wine." - 94 points, James Suckling
Veramonte Sauvignon Blanc 2021
SAUVIGNON BLANC | 2021
CASABLANCA VALLEY
VIBRANT ā¢ CRISP ā¢ FRESH
Vibrant and aromatic, with citrus aromas of lime and tangerine, blended with subtle floral notes. Smooth and fresh, this Sauvignon Blanc has a great mouthfeel and a long finish.
After several years the 2021 harvest started by the end of February in what we refer to as ānormal timingā, the main reason is given that we had a colder season that led into a slower maturation curve, thus accomplishing a more homogeneous process that brought complexity and intensity to the grapes. The characteristics of this harvest derived in moderate yields, which benefited the concentration of the fruit, allowing for its origins and variety to express themselves to its full potential. As always, the first variety to be harvested was our Sauvignon Blanc, this year surprised us with great aromatic potential, both fresh and expressive. Being the result of a cold year, it delivers freshness in the mouth, with a long crispy acidity at the end.
Recommended Serving Temperature: 10Ā°C
Food Pairing: Oysters, White fish, Salads
"This has aromas of white peaches, sliced apples, lemons, fresh pears and flint. Subtle smoked-almond notes. Medium-bodied with a creamy texture and fresh acidity. Nice mineral edge. From organically grown grapes with Ecocert certification. Vegan. Sustainable. Drink now. Screw cap." - 90 points, James Suckling
BenMarco Sin Limites Chardonnay 2020
During the 6 months it was aged in new and second-use French oak barrels, the wine was in contact with the lees and monthly battonage was practised.
BenMarco Sin LĆmites Chardonnay is a pure expression of the variety: citric, floral and with delicate herbs, complemented by earthy and mineral notes due to the alluvial calcareous terroirs of Gualtallary. It is an austere and vibrant wine in the mouth, with an expressive palate.
They are perfect with fatty fish like salmon, trout, grilled chicken, fresh salads and pastas with creamy or herbal sauces.
Gralyn Estate Reserve Chardonnay 2018
A single vineyard wine showing great depth of flavour and finesse. Bright straw-green in colour, with complex aromas of peach, nectarine and citrus. Wild yeast fermentation and maturation in French oak barriques has produced a finely textured palate with a refreshing minerality.
Matured in French oak barriques for 12 months.
āSuper-pungent in style, with an alluring perfume augmented by gunflint, coriander and bay leaf, couched in explosive citrus, guava and glossy exotic fruit. Silky and fine, with a salty texture.ā - Gold Medal, 95 points. Decanter World Wine Awards, 2021
"This has that striking, Margaret River nose of intense lemon with nectarine and yellow peach. Really mouthwatering fruit aromas here. The palate delivers a very vibrant, rich and tangy fusion of citrus and peach flavors and gentle oak handling. Good balance, too. Drink or hold. Screw cap." - 94 points, James Suckling
