Vilmart & Cie Blanc de Blanc 2011
The straw-yellow colour with pale green highlights is fed by a very delicate effervescence announcing breadth and finesse.
On the nose, a harmonious bouquet of citrus fruits animates our senses with in particular, lemon, lime and grapefruit. In aromatic support, subtle vanilla notes and roasted hazelnuts bring structure and consistency to the wine. On the palate, our taste buds discover dried fruits always highlighted by vanilla and hazelnut. After a few moments, apricot, ripe pear and honeysuckle flavours complete this wine of great complexity. A delicate and silky texture on the mouth reflects the personality of this chiseled wine.
This vintage made from sixty years old vines on a chalk floor, brings us a very developed mineral side. Blending composed of 100% Chardonnay classified Premier Cru and from vines of sixty years old age in Rilly-la-Montagne (Les Blanches Voies parcel). Ageing 10 months in oak barrels. 84 months on lies in the cellars after bottling. No malolactic fermentation. Dosage 4g/L. Limited quantity per vintage.

This champagne can be enjoyed as an aperitif or as an accompaniment on a Saint-Jacques dish, sweetbreads or seafood such as oysters or caviar.
Gonzalez Byass Vina AB Amontillado
Viña AB is a young Amontillado which has experienced both ageing under flor and oxidative ageing. Due to contact with oxygen, it has taken on a light amber colour. On the nose subtle and delicate with typical Palomino aromas of hazelnuts, and slight reminders of yeast due to its time under the flor. On the palate Viña AB shows subtle notes of oak due to the 12 years spent in cask. Pleasant with a balanced acidity. Long aftertaste with slight saltiness and bitterness on the finish.
Serve well chilled, 8-12 ºC, in a small white glass to appreciate the full bouquet of aromas. Viña AB is a complex wine which provides unique versatility, matching even the most complicated dishes. Perfect with charcuterie, duck, consomé, hard cheese and nuts.

Gonzalez Byass Cristina
Cristina is a medium Sherry with a small addition of PX. It shows a bright amber color and, on the nose, clean aromas with subtle notes of raisins and figs from the PX. On the palate slightly sweet with hints of oak and a long finish. Serve slightly chilled. Ideal as an aperitif with cheese or paté or enjoyed on its own.

Domaine Albert Mann Riesling Rosenberg 2018
This Riesling delivers a discreet olfactory bouquet with a fine maturity. The nose is focused and restrained. The aromas exalt citrus fruits such as blood orange and grapefruit. Tasty tender sensations develop on the palate, marked by a beautiful acidity. The mineral tension is noticeable. To drink now to take advantage of its youthful side, this wine will also have an exceptional aging potential.

Brunello di Montalcino DOCG
A deep ruby red, richer when compared to wines grown from our other vineyards. In the nose, it expresses itself as a symphony of aromas ranging from the intense smell of red-orange and violets to fresh balsamic herbal notes. This vineyard is characterized by a more creamy and silky taste coupled with a fun and vibrant saltiness. Wines from 2019 are certainly rich and Mediterranean.
Food Pairing: Grilled meat of any kind, aged cheese, pizza, pasta and casseroles.
Recommended Serving temperature: 18-20°C.

"The 2019 Brunello di Montalcino Amore e Magia reminds me more of an exotic herbal tea than wine, as notes of incense and jasmine give way to spiced blood orange. This wine soothes with its silky texture and cool acidity. Ripe wild berries flatter the palate, contrasted by a hint of orange towards the end. On the finish, the tannins are grippy and edgy, providing a classic dry feel, while the tart cranberries fade beneath the rosy florals within. Patience is needed; this is a tight, young Brunello that shows off its southern roots." - VINOUS

ASTI DOCG
Cocchi’s ASTI is an undiscussed representative of the most popular sparkling aromatic wine in the word. Today, only small quantities of ASTI are produced by Giulio Cocchi through the fermentation – in steel vats – of the finest Moscato from the Asti hills.
Creamy and delicate to taste, with a very scented aroma, this is the classic party wine suitable for everybody, due to its natural character and low alcohol content. The colors of the flags of the medieval festival “Palio di Asti” are paraded in this bottle that Giulio Cocchi produces with now more than one-century old experience.
GRAPE VARIETY

VINIFICATION AND SPARKLING WINE MAKING
All efforts are made in cellars in order to keep – and unveil even more – the fruity, delicate aroma of the grape. A very slow fermentation process takes place in steel vats at controlled temperature to get the very fine bubbles that are peculiar to Cocchi’s Asti.
TASTING NOTES
Asti Cocchi is a sweet sparkling wine with the immediate aromatic fragrance of Moscato grape, a rich and intense aroma with a fruity taste of wisteria, acacia and honey. It features a well-balanced sweetness and a low alcohol content (7% Vol).
Ideal with desserts. It is a must with almond or hazelnut pastries.
First Drop Cold Sweat Eden Valley Syrah – Moculta (Single Vineyard) 2014
Eden Valley is the perfect backdrop for us to further push our vinous boundaries. At a higher elevation than the Barossa Valley below, we embrace the funk to make even more diverse expressions of Syrah that speak of their unique sites. It’s all about the one. Give the drummer some! With this Eden Valley project we are looking for the ultimate expressions of three cooler climate sites and working hard to find them, utilising all our experience. Syrah from a single vineyard in Moculta.

Chateau de Pommard Bourgogne Chardonnay 2021
TASTING
Pale yellow in color, this Burgundy Chardonnay’s bouquet offers perfumed, floral aromas of linden and Acacia. The palate is fresh and generous, with delicious notes of citruses. The finish is round and persistent, with delicate notes of candied apricot.

SOILS
The limestone-rich soils of the Côte de Beaune are perfect for producing our Bourgogne Chardonnay, a well-balanced, fruity and fresh wine showing the potential of the Chardonnay grape. The most approachable appellation of Burgundy embodies the essence of the region’s native white grape. We see it as a welcoming entry to all the Villages, Premiers Crus and Grands Crus the region's vineyards have to offer.
WINEMAKING
Biodynamic certified (Demeter). Organic certified (AB). Direct whole-cluster pressing. 24/48 hours settling then racking off gross lees. Alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts and aging in the same French oak barrels. Malolactic fermentation. Aging on fine lees. Fining and light filtration before bottling.

Handpicked Collection Cabernet Sauvignon 2018
Margaret River, Australia
This is a complex wine with aromas of black berry fruits, chocolate, and cedar with berry highlights. On the palate it has layers of interest starting with rich dark berry fruit flavours, deft oak treatment, and plush tannins. It is ready to drink and will age beautifully over the long term.
This fruit was hand harvested in late March in a selection of our vineyards; the majority was from the Wilyabrup sub-region and there was a parcel from Carbunup. The wine was aged in French oak barriques, 30 per cent new, for 15 months.
Rombauer California Zinfandel 2021
Rombauer’s most popular red wine, this Zinfandel is rich, bold, and balanced. Enjoy on its own as a silky sipper or pair with food that packs a punch-- this wine will hold its own!
Boysenberry and bold black plum notes jump out of the glass, underscored by clove and vanilla. The dark berries continue on to the palate where they are joined by elements of pomegranate and dragon fruit, all ripe fruit flavors which make you salivate. Light red pepper and dried orange peel notes complement the fruit profiles while fine tannins and a pleasing acidity are found in each sip which ends with a lingering finish.

BenMarco Expresivo 2022
Gualtallary is recognized for its calcareous alluvial soils, and BenMarco Expresivo is the utmost expression of its typicity. It is a lineal, fresh wine with aromas of blackberries, pepper tree and violets that perfectly complement its mineral notes, its balanced natural acidity and its firm tannins. Besides, it has great aging potential.
Aging: 14 months in French oak barrels (70% new, 30% second-use).
Food Pairing: Red meats, roasted pork tenderloin, hard cheeses and cream-based sauces.
