Nomad Outland Whisky + FREE Nomad Metal Chilling Cubes
NOMAD , the first outland whisky on the market. A premium blended whisky produced from a unique selection of over 30 different malt and grain whiskies from Speyside, The Higlands, Scotland, each 5 to 8 years old. The resulting blend is left to mature in Scotland in sherry casks for 3 years, altogether, before being transferred to Jerez where it will be finished for a mínimum of 12 months in old Pedro Ximenez casks in the San Fernando cellar of González Byass.
This double ageing, firstly in Scotland then in Jerez is unique, and makes Nomad Outland Whisky a true rarity.
Bright amber in colour, Nomad shows a concentrated aroma with notes of malt, wood and the unmistakable hint of Pedro Ximenez sherry. On the palate it is very smooth and elegant, initial flavours of raisins and honey build to a long and pleasant finish with notes of vanilla and dried fruits. A very elegant yet complex whisky.
Starward Stout Cask
We're excited to introduce the latest, limited-edition iteration of our projects program, Starward Stout Cask. The first-of-its-kind, single malt whisky that was matured for 18 months in coveted imperial stout barrels. With notes of chocolate malt biscuits, banana icecream and decadent cacao, prepare to have your tastebuds tantalised with this one of a kind, decadent release.

- Nose: Tropical fruit followed by vanilla pods and chocolate malt biscuits

Starward Octave Barrels
Starward Octave Barrels is a single malt Australian whisky which has been fully matured in 100L wine barrels called “Octaves”. The Octave wine barrels, that inspired the name for this release, were sourced from Yalumba – a family-owned Australian winery, located in the heart of Australian’s famed Barossa wine region, and were used to produce their iconic Octavius Old Vine Shiraz.
TASTING NOTES
- Aroma: Rich, full bodied expression. Lots of red fruit, raisins, ripe peach, caramel and toasty oak.
- Palate: Viscous and long, dark forest fruits, and a toasted oak backbone.
- Finish: Toasted marshmallow.

Goalong Single Malt Whiskey Vigorous Edition was Blended and selected from bourbon and STR wine cask, with rich flavor, sweet, cream, vanilla, honey and other aromas.

- Colour: Light Golden.
- Nose: The first smell is rich in the elegant fruit of honey jam raisins, sweet malt aroma intertwined with soft and subtle floral, light woody aroma, slightly vanilla flavor wonderfully rich and lively.
- Taste: Sweet, clean, smooth and easy to drink, perfectly balanced, vanilla, nectar, just the right amount of fresh fruit sweet and soulful.
- Finish: Medium length, lightly rounded, with a very mild fruity finish and traces of vanilla at the end.

Aged in a second-hand bourbon cask in the United States. It has a beautiful golden color, with notes of cream and toffee, some biscuit and dessert.

TASTING NOTES
- Colour: Golden.
- Nose: With notes of cream and toffee, some biscuit and dessert.
- Taste: Sweet and treacle-like – sticky toffee pudding and juicy green grapes coat the palate. Rhubarb sorbet and a wedge of nectarine offer a tartness, rounded off by Mexican vanilla.
- Finish: Rosemary lasts on with refreshing watermelon, succulent nectarine, and some kaffir lime leaves.
Goalong Single Malt Chinese Whiskey Brandy Cask
Aged in oak barrels with Chinese brandy, a brandy made from grapes (Munag) which is unique from Xinjiang in China.

TASTING NOTES
- Colour: Amber.
- Nose: With aromas of preserved fruit and preserves, and rich oak aromas.
- Taste: Cinnamon-and-licorice tea is accentuated by waxy Tilleul honey and sweet-chili potato chips. There is the piquant sensation of chorizo followed by a touch of juicy lime cordial.
- Finish: Long and warming with abundant warm oak, ground nutmeg, roasted walnuts, and date rolls.
Starward Fortis
Fortis meaning ‘brave, bold’, is a full bodied, full flavoured whisky that celebrates local Australian ingredients. Bottled at a higher ABV of 50% and non-chill filtered, this whisky
is fully matured in 100% American oak red wine barrels, predominately sourced from the Barossa Valley.
These barrels, which previously held big Australian bold reds like cabernet and shiraz, offer a fuller and richer mouthfeel to this single malt whisky. Starward Fortis is blended in batches, meaning each batch will be unique but will maintain the core flavour profile and intensity.
Nose: Very forward aromas of Madagascan vanilla pods, rich toasted American oak, blackberry jam, raisins, caramelised fig, raw sugar and over ripe plums.
Palate: Rich and full bodied, upfront vanillin, quince paste, Muscadelle raisins, chocolate ganache, cinnamon and baked banana bread.
Finish: Viscous and long. It really captures the whole palate and balances well with a finish of baking spices from the oak and ripe figs and raisins.
Starward Tawny #2
Captivating fragrances of raisin, dried orange, fig leaves and toasted oak drift through. A swirling of nutmeg, brown sugar and a rich dried fruit sweetness on the palate. Cosy spices deliver a slow and lingering finish. A rival to Nan’s fruit cake? Irresistibly so!
TASTING NOTES
- Aroma: Dried fruit /raisins, toasty oak, fig and dried orange.
- Palate: Initial sweetness on the front palate, rich dried fruits, brown sugar and nutmeg.
- Finish: Palate slowly dries from the spice leaving a well-balanced finish.
- Roast Turkey with Duck Fat Potatoes, Christmas cake
