Cocchi Americano is an aromatized wine created in 1891 by Giulio Cocchi and since then produced without interruption according to the original recipe.
The name āAmericanoā is both due to the alcohol made bitter (āamaricatoā) by the addition of herbs and spices and to the American habit of drinking vermouth with ice and soda.
Produced according to Giulio Cocchi original recipe, Cocchi Americano is recognized in Asti as the aperitif par excellence ā a real piece of history of our town.
On its label the original futurist rooster designed in the 30ās and representing his aperitif function (āit awakes the appetiteā) as well as one of the symbols of the town of Asti.
During its history, Cocchi has produced some variants to its Aperitivo Americano. The most recent is Cocchi Rosa produced with a base of red wines of Piedmont to which herbs and spices extracts are added, in particular gentian, cinchona, citrus zests and rose petals.

The vineyards of Tenuta SantāAntonio lie on the Monti Garbi: harsh and impervious soil, but generous with great wines. Like this splendid combination of Valpolicella Giovane and Amarone skins. Produced from the municipality of Mezzane di Sotto - Monti Garbi District (Verona).

CHARACTERISTICS
Cocchi Rosa name reminds us that itās produced with red wines, from which it derives its colour and wild rose notes. Refined with natural extracts of flowers and spices, in particular gentian, cinchona and citrus as per the Americano Bianco but with the addition of saffron, vanilla and rose petals. Its beautiful red colour is completely natural and derives from the wine.HOW TO DRINK IT
The classic version foresees a cocktail glass with ice cubes, a spray of soda and a zest of rose grapefruit. Soda can be pleasantly replaced with ginger beer, lemon soda and tonic water. In its spritz version, Cocchi Rosa is mixed with Brachetto wine and a zest of rose grapefruit or lemon. Garnish it with rosemary. The combination with spirits such as gin, vodka and mescal is particularly positive. CHARACTERISTICS
Vermouth Amaro Cocchi has been created according to the original recipe by Giulio Cocchi where Artemisia was enriched with rhubarb, quassia wood, chiretta and a double infusion of cinchona.
The addition of Barolo Chinato to the base wine gives delicately red nuances and a further soft and complex note ā totally Cocchi style.
HOW TO DRINK IT
The richness of the bitter principles makes this vermouth a tonic aperitif and a pleasant end of meal.
Today it is perfect as a bittering ingredient for the best cocktails.

Giulio Cocchi has been producing spirits since the very beginning ā and Grappa DorĆ©e has played a role in the companyās history. The unique design of the label recalls the style of the age when this grappa was first produced while suggesting its powerful character and sophisticated balance. Today named as a āsingle vineyardā grappa, it is an absolutely pure spirit, the true expression of the Moscato aroma with an extremely appealing length of flavor.
CHARACTERISTICS
Pomace from the best Moscato dāAsti grapes is collected into bags, then after fermentation it is distilled in copper pot stills. A reserve grappa, aged minimum three years in Piedmont-style oak barrels.
Grappa DorƩe show a bright golden color, as its name suggests; definitely intense aroma, delicate and powerful at the same time; a true expression of its original aromatic style; taste is soft, elegant, warming and consistent with the bouquet; the alcohol content is counterweighted with harmony and balance. HOW TO DRINK IT

VINIFICATION AND SPARKLING WINE MAKING
Bunches of grapes are harvested by hand and immediately pressed to obtain a very sweet and cherry red must, which will then ferment in autoclave. Thanks to this technique, the aromatic qualities of the grape pass to the wine, releasing its intense scent of rose and raspberry.

Blending wines with a non-invasive structure, a good balance in terms of acidity and density of the wine, combined with soft and well-integrated tannins. Beautiful spiciness. A pleasant palate of every day wine drinking, with juicy red fruits. A very good wine that is meant to be enjoyed young.
Pair with grilled steak or steak salad, hamburgers and other casual but flavorful beef dishes. Has good acidity to compliment marinara and bolognese sauces.

Arnaldo Rivera Barolo DOCG Cannubi 2018
Cannubi is one of Barolo's most famous vineyards, "A vineyard kissed by God" writes James Suckling. Intense, complex and incredibly well made. This is a wine not to be missed.
Ruby red in the glass with slight reflections. The aroma is intense with notes of raspberry, cherry and smoke. The taste is complex with notes of sun-ripened raspberries, dark cherries, licorice, tobacco, flint and smoke. The finish is long with a nice structure of slender tannins and delicate acidity. Perfect with dishes such as ossobuco, beef ragu, mushroom risotto, antipasti etc.
