The Helios Rum is made from sugar cane grown in Okinawa. A mixture of molasses rum (traditional type) and cane juice (agricultural type), it is an extremely aromatic and characterized by the rich aroma and taste of Japanese sugar cane. "Helios rum" has a dry feeling like the shining sun of Okinawa and fruity eminiscent of a warm climate.

Kura Rum Cask Malt Whisky is a blended malt whisky made with malted barley, yeast, and water. It is rested minimum three years in American Oak barrels. Being originally a Japanese Rum producer, Helios Co. has second aged the precious whisky in their own local Japanese Rum barrels to attain a perfectly balanced whisky with hints of tropical fruits, vanilla a seaweed. The blend consists of varying malt whiskies that are aged up to 18 years, while the youngest whisky in the blend is three years.
Nose: Tropical fruits, citrus blended with honey and hints of vanilla and Japanese rum
Palate: Sweet caramel with vanilla notes up front, joined with tropical citrus fruits balanced with peat from oak barrels
Finish: Hints of toffee filled with rum, seaweed, and orange oil with toasty cereals with vanilla coating

Kuroki Honten Hyakunen no Kodoku Barley Shochu
Kuroki Honten Hyakunen no Kodoku became popular when it became His Imperial Highness the Crown Prince’s favourite drink. It is now one of the most difficult and popular shochu to obtain. Hyakunen no Kodoku means “One Hundred Years of Solitude” and is named for the famous novel. It is made from a mash of 100% barley, grown locally on the distillery’s own organic farm, white koji to keep the flavor smooth, distilled at normal pressure to preserve oils, then aged undiluted in oak casks for three to five years to help it develop structure and fullness.
It is elegant and strong, with hints of oak and a hint of cigar, and is characterized by its concentration and smoothness.

Dictador Aged 10 Years
Dictador 10 Years Old is a molasses rum from the now famous Colombian brand. The barrels that have received this rum during its long rest are in Colombian white oak called Quercus Humbolti, we find there the typically roasted notes that have made it famous.
Its age of 10 years is a weighted age, because aging is done according to the Solera method, which consists of gradually blending young rums with older ones (perpetual reserve).
The color of her dress is coppery orange. The nose seduces with aromas of freshly roasted coffee smoothly blended with vanilla. The mouth shows a beautiful sweetness and is dominated by coffee notes, without bitterness, faithful to the sensations perceived on the nose. Vanilla delicately finds its place throughout the tasting.
The finish has a good length still strongly marked by mocha. This unique rum reveals an interesting aromatic richness dominated by coffee notes.
ABK6 XO Family Cellar Single Estate Cognac
Old gold amber colour. The nose brings notes of spice, liquorice, orange peel and even dried figs. In the mouth, the aromatic strength of this Cognac is exceptional and opens up with notes of hazelnut, walnut, cedar wood then candied fruits. Great length characterises this XO.

Pomace from the best Moscato d’Asti grapes is collected into bags, then after fermentation it is distilled in copper pot stills. A reserve grappa, aged minimum three years in Piedmont-style oak barrels. Grappa Dorée show a bright golden color, as its name suggests; definitely intense aroma, delicate and powerful at the same time; a true expression of its original aromatic style; taste is soft, elegant, warming and consistent with the bouquet; the alcohol content is counterweighted with harmony and balance. A rare, 100% Moscato grappa. A full-bodied, unblended grappa.HOW TO DRINK IT
