Inspired by the legend of the ocean princess-dragon, we finished the finest Japanese and Pacific rums in Mizunara – Japanese Oak Casks before filtering through washed ashore and bleached Japanese corals to create a perfectly smooth blend with hints of Japanese tropical fruits on the nose and spiced-vanilla in the finish.

The first emperors of Japan are said to have descended from an ocean princess-dragon. In the depths of the Pacific, this princess lived in a palace made of corals, the life givers of the ocean. Inspired by this story, we finished the finest Japanese and Pacific rums in Mizunara Casks before filtering through washed ashore bleached Japanese corals to create a perfectly refined rum with hints of Japanese tropical fruits on the nose and spiced-oak vanilla in the finish.
We named our rum, Minoki – Ocean Princess drawing inspiration from this legend and embodied to our design: the mythical princess, dragon Fuji-Yama- symbol of Japan.
Coral reefs are in decline due to global warming and need our help. Minoki Rum is committed to raise awareness, protect and restore coral reefs in Japan, the Pacific and in the rest of the world through its lifetime.
