J. Denuzière Crozes-Hermitage Rouge 2021

$65.00
Syrah gives a good balance of fruit and tannins. The wines are soft and smooth, deep garnet-red in colour with scents of red berries and florals, although some winemakers prefer a more robust, although still very charming, style. These wines will keep for a short time, but can be enjoyed young. While young, they have good freshness, acquiring musky, spicy, leathery notes over time. 100 % Syrah

J. Denuzière Saint-Joseph Blanc 2021

$72.00
The wines are well-balanced and full of flavour, yellow in colour with a glimmer of green and a structure that changes according to the planting. Marsanne requires a dry, hot climate with plenty of sunshine, but is robust and vigorous and can thrive in the poorest of soils. Its wines are powerful, with medium acidity. Floral aromas develop on ageing, alongside notes of hazelnuts. 100% Marsanne

Domaine Albert Mann Pinot Noir Les Saintes Claires 2021

$165.00
The vines, which are at least 25 years old, were planted near the Grand Cru Mambourg above the Clarisses monastery in Sigolsheim. The yields here are only 26 hl/ha. Ruby red color, beautiful shine. The nose is discreet with a floral touch as well as notes of mara strawberries. In the mouth, a precision, a depth, a radiance that makes you want to repeat endlessly. Beautiful body hold, this racy wine reveals superb liveliness. A touch on the palate with notes of velvet. It has a rigor and a solar tone which underline its raw material and allow this Pinot Noir to give a very gastronomic dimension. *If you are interested in purchasing, do WhatsApp us at 91173622

Yangarra Noir 2021

$69.00
Grenache is the emerging hero variety of McLaren Vale. Traditional blends of Grenache from the region focused on the varieties Grenache (G), Shiraz (S) and Mourvedre (M), and thus the term GSM. For many years in the old-world Grenache had many more blending partners. In France, namely the Sourthern Rhone, it can be blended with Cinsaut, Counouise, Picpoul Noir, Muscardin. In Priorat Spain, with Carignan. We started planting some of these obscure Southern Rhone and Priorat varieties in 2008 which has culminated in our first Noir blend being produced. Many of these varieties, including Grenache, have a blanc (white), gris (grey) and noir (black) expression of the variety, which lead to calling this the Noir. Kept on lees in 100% older French oak for 6 months after fermentation. VARIETY: 45% Grenache, 19% Mourvédre, 19% Carignan, 12% Shiraz, 4% Cinsaut, 1% Counoise "A bright assemblage of fresh red-fruit aromas and flavors with crisp, easygoing texture and a neat, succulent finish. 62% grenache, 15% shiraz, 12% mourvedre, 6% carignan, 3% cinsault and 2% counoise. Vin Perdu Napa Valley Red Blend 2021

$188.00
We've all asked ourselves the proverbial question: If I were stranded on an island with only one bottle of wine, what bottle would that be This age-old and daunting conundrum inspired this year's label. You will find that the label not only tackles the question (man stranded, what to drink) but… with a mere twist of the wrist — or a quick flip of the lenticular image — it also poses a solution: drink more wine while the going is good! Why wait for the cliche stranding, the next climate event, economic upheaval? We produce Vin Perdu, our "lost wine," with the philosophy that no good wine should be wasted, and we all should seize every moment lest we lose them forever. After a two-year hiatus due to the smoke-tainted vintage in 2020, we are pleased to offer you an allocation of Vin Perdu 2021 Napa Valley Red Blend. This wine sells out quickly due to its deliciously complex contents, great-value price point and one-of-kind label.

Yangarra Preservative Free Shiraz 2021

$69.00
The PF Shiraz is made from grapes grown on our certified biodynamic single estate vineyard, grown without herbicides, fungicides or synthetic chemicals. It is made without additions of any kind: sulphur (preservative), acid, tannin or finings. It’s a medium bodied, fresh, fruit driven wine that is delicious enjoyed as a young wine. With that in mind, we do have PF Shiraz back to our first vintage of 2013 that is still showing some of lovely vibrant characters. The wine was carefully basket pressed after approximately 2 weeks on skins. No additives were used throughout the entire production. No fining occurred, just filtration. VARIETY: 100% Shiraz "This is a very pure, super-young style of shiraz that is all about the unadulterated taste of blueberry and red-plum shiraz fruit. Smooth, open-knit, and plump, it has no sulfites added – hence the preservative-free acronym. Drink now. Screw cap." - 92 points, James Suckling
