The Crozes-Hermitage appellation in the Rhone Valley covers 1818 hectares of vines across 11 towns in the Drôme. Its climate varies, with temperate conditions and a constant north wind, leading to cool summers and cold winters. Mediterranean influence brings ample sunshine and hot, dry summers. Rainfall is moderate, mainly in late summer. The vineyards have diverse soils, including pebbles, red clay, loess, and granite.

Vinification and ageing:
Harvested by hand in the morning in small cases less than 20 kg and pressed directly in whole clusters. MLF begins naturally in the fall or spring depending on the vintage. Ageing in stainless steel vats and oak barrels (20%) on fine less for 12 months.
