WINEMAKER’S NOTES
The wine shows a crimson red colour. Sophisticated and attractive on the nose with prominent aromas typical of the Tempranillo grape: rose petals, red fruits and liquorice, accompanied by sweet spices such as cinnamon and vanilla, with light touches of mocha complementing the other aromas. A very fresh, varietal wine with prominent flavours of red fruits and chocolate and well-integrated tannins that make it easy to enjoy the many different flavours.
SERVING AND PAIRING Store in a cool place (maximum 14ºC), away from direct light and unpleasant odours.
Contador 2021
Contador 2021 is a red wine that on the nose offers a bouquet where ripe red fruits such as cherries and raspberries are prominent, interwoven with a subtle hint of spices and vanilla. "I found cleaner aromas and a fresher quality and finer tannins in the 2019 La Cueva del Contador, a quite complete wine with elegance and finesse combined with power and concentration. The oak is still noticeable after 18 months in new barriques, and I'd wait a little longer before pulling the cork. It has the perfume of La Cueva in the background. Que Bonito Cacareaba 2021
Barrel-fermented white that not only stands out for its sonorous name. It is a wine like few others are made ; Powerful, meaty and notable for its creaminess and perfect acidity point. It is made with white Garnacha, Viura and Malvasía from seven plots. A great white, elegant and durable.
Nose: It is a fine and elegant wine. With citrus aromas, notes of wild flowers and aromatic herbs, as well as hints of stone fruits (apricot, plum), and very mineral. The contribution of very fine oak promises good integration.
Palate: Very fresh, fine and with good skeleton and volume. A great balance of maturity, acid and freshness has been achieved by harvesting each variety at its time. Long life.
Recommended Serving Temperature: Between 9 and 12 ºC.

Predicador Blanco 2021
In the nose have notes of fine and aromatics herbs, flowers and fruits like apricot and plum. It’s fresh, complex and very mineral. It has very elegant oak notes.
The palate is balanced in terms of maturity, warmth with very present and long acidity. This is a very fresh white wine, with good tannin structure, fine and lively. Good volume and long.
