Amuse Bouche Au Sommet 2021
"Blackberries, dark plums, cedar, dried herbs, stones and forest floor on the nose follow through to a full body with plush tannins and texture. It's rich yet balanced with a fresh array of blackberries at the center an a constant frame of spices bringing vitality and giving lift to a juicy fruit on the palate. Well crafted and harmonious with a precise, long finish."
- James Suckling, November 2023
"The 2021 Au Sommet is a classy, elegant wine, and also one of the most restrained Cabernets readers will find on Atlas Peak. Blood orange, mint, exotic spice and dried flowers add nuance to a host of dark red fruit flavors. Medium in body and driving, the 2021 is wonderfully vibrant from beginning to end. The long, translucent finish rounds things out in style. Give this a few years to soften."
- Antonio Galloni, December 2023
Orin Swift Mercury Head 2021
An almost-black, opaque garnet core sits in the glass with slow-moving tears falling down the sides. Immediate aromatic notes of ripe cassis, charred ribeye, sandalwood and freshly cut oak pilfer ā breathe deeper for more. The first sip is a complex, layered conundrum of blackberry, black plum, fennel, licorice and dark chocolate. More sips peel back the layers to reveal a rich and balanced wine with a deep cassis core. A sweet linger on the finish closes the wine with softly textured chalky tannins.
BLEND: Cabernet Sauvignon
MATURATION: Aged 13 months in French Oak, 58% New

J. DenuziĆØre Crozes-Hermitage Rouge 2021
Syrah gives a good balance of fruit and tannins. The wines are soft and smooth, deep garnet-red in colour with scents of red berries and florals, although some winemakers prefer a more robust, although still very charming, style. These wines will keep for a short time, but can be enjoyed young. While young, they have good freshness, acquiring musky, spicy, leathery notes over time.
100 % Syrah
J. DenuziĆØre Saint-Joseph Blanc 2021
The wines are well-balanced and full of flavour, yellow in colour with a glimmer of green and a structure that changes according to the planting. Marsanne requires a dry, hot climate with plenty of sunshine, but is robust and vigorous and can thrive in the poorest of soils. Its wines are powerful, with medium acidity. Floral aromas develop on ageing, alongside notes of hazelnuts.
100% Marsanne

Alain Geoffroy Chablis Premier Cru Beauroy 2021
Pale light gold in colour with slight greenish glints. Bright, luminous and limpid.
The nose is full of sunshine, gaiety, beauty and maturity. A rich, splendid bouquet of a multitude of flowers. A basket of fruit on a fresh summerās morning. The taste is full and round - a perfect balance of rich, powerful flavours and finesse, mellowness and freshness. Everything that was so appealing on the nose reaffirms itself on the taste. The finish leaves us blissfully happy with mouth filling voluptuousness.
Recommended Serving Temperature: 12-14Ā°c
Food Pairing: Pork, Rich fish (salmon, tuna), Shellfish, Mild and Soft cheese
BenMarco Sin Limites Malbec Gualtallary 2021
BenMarco Sin LĆmites Gualtallary is a Malbec that reflects the terroir calcareous nature. On the nose, hints of pepper, especially pink pepper, and calcareous notes predominate, while on the mouth the austerity and grainy texture stand out. Incomparably long finish and great definition. When first smelt, it can be perceived as shy or tight, so decanting is recommended.
It is aged in second and third-use French oak barrels for 12 months.
Given its complex, austere, and affable profile, it is very versatile for pairing. It can be matched with lamb, soft cheeses, and all kinds of red meat.
"Racy and spicy red fruit profile on the nose with a hint of thyme and white pepper. The pure, medium-bodied palate has good intensity of flavors. Juicy and even in the middle with a vibrant finish. Composed and well-poised. More elegant than 2020. Drink now or hold." - 94 points, James Suckling
Veramonte Sauvignon Blanc 2021
SAUVIGNON BLANC | 2021
CASABLANCA VALLEY
VIBRANT ā¢ CRISP ā¢ FRESH
Vibrant and aromatic, with citrus aromas of lime and tangerine, blended with subtle floral notes. Smooth and fresh, this Sauvignon Blanc has a great mouthfeel and a long finish.
After several years the 2021 harvest started by the end of February in what we refer to as ānormal timingā, the main reason is given that we had a colder season that led into a slower maturation curve, thus accomplishing a more homogeneous process that brought complexity and intensity to the grapes. The characteristics of this harvest derived in moderate yields, which benefited the concentration of the fruit, allowing for its origins and variety to express themselves to its full potential. As always, the first variety to be harvested was our Sauvignon Blanc, this year surprised us with great aromatic potential, both fresh and expressive. Being the result of a cold year, it delivers freshness in the mouth, with a long crispy acidity at the end.
Recommended Serving Temperature: 10Ā°C
Food Pairing: Oysters, White fish, Salads
"This has aromas of white peaches, sliced apples, lemons, fresh pears and flint. Subtle smoked-almond notes. Medium-bodied with a creamy texture and fresh acidity. Nice mineral edge. From organically grown grapes with Ecocert certification. Vegan. Sustainable. Drink now. Screw cap." - 90 points, James Suckling
