Palate: The wine is full-bodied, with tannins that are firm but already well rounded, and a long, juicy cherry finish. Pairs well with lentil dahl, braised duckling with turnips or chocolate-based desserts. "Baked strawberries, cherries and some sweet cinnamon. A light cocoa dusting to the fruit, too.
