Yangarra Roussanne 2021
Yangarra are one of the country's leaders in producing the varieties from the Rhone Valley.
Case in point being this excellent single varietal bottling of Roussanne. It is widely considered one of Australia's finest examples of what the variety is capable of.
The fruit is all biodynamically grown and picked by hand, with only 60% of juice pressed. It's fermented with wild yeasts, and left for 7 months on lees in barrel where it undergoes further stirring for added texture and complexity.
An organically grown high-quality example of this popular Rhone white variety. Textural and highly drinkable.
Domaine Albert Mann Grand Cru Steingrubler Gewurztraminer 2018
Produced organically and biodynamically, this Gewurztraminer Grand Cru offers up notes of exotic fruits, citrus fruits and flowers, such as rose and sweet spices. Supple and generous, it is balanced by a nice freshness which allows it to reach exemplary finesse. Pair with slightly spicy foods.
Gewurztraminer Grand Cru Steingrübler Albert Mann serve at a temperature of 12°C.
It will pair perfectly with the following dishes: Curry de crevettes, Souris d'agneau confite, Terrine de foie gras aux prunes.
J. Denuzière Saint-Joseph Blanc 2021
The wines are well-balanced and full of flavour, yellow in colour with a glimmer of green and a structure that changes according to the planting. Marsanne requires a dry, hot climate with plenty of sunshine, but is robust and vigorous and can thrive in the poorest of soils. Its wines are powerful, with medium acidity. Floral aromas develop on ageing, alongside notes of hazelnuts.

Nose: The subtle nose opens up with notes of citrus fruits, wildflowers and citrus blossoms which give way to lime, lemongrass, bergamot and pineapple.
Palate: The palate is rich, velvety and underpinned by a delicate freshness. Notes of bergamot, grapefruit zest and green apple. A remarkably well-balanced wine with a saline finish.
Pairs well with goats' cheese, comté, seafood, herb risotto or fish tartare.

THE EYE: Pale gold in colour with green glints. Bright, luminous and limpid.

Beronia Verdejo Rueda 2022
Beronia Rueda Verdejo Blanco 2022 is the only wine made by Beronia Rueda, the González Byass group’s winery based in that Denominación located in the region of Castile. A unique single-varietal that’s the result of double harvesting and full fermentation in stainless steel and concrete vats. Elegant, fresh and mouth coating.
The white Beronia Rueda Verdejo 2022 was designed from grapes that were harvested in two stages: in the first, the earliest grapes that give the wine its freshness and a slight herby touch were picked; the second was focused on selecting the ripest and most concentrated berries to lend it volume.
These are the ingredients that go into making Bodegas Beronia Rueda, the only wine produced by the González Byass group’s firm based in Rueda, a Denominación de Origen located in the region of Castile. As in the three previous vintages, the grapes from the two harvests were processed separately and fermented in stainless and concrete vats. The final blend is a versatile, single-varietal Rueda wine that’s a perfect match both for exotic food such as Asian (sushi, for example) and for classic dishes like white fish, smoked fish and creamy cheeses. Pale light gold in colour with slight greenish glints. Bright, luminous and limpid.
The nose is full of sunshine, gaiety, beauty and maturity. A rich, splendid bouquet of a multitude of flowers. A basket of fruit on a fresh summer’s morning. The taste is full and round - a perfect balance of rich, powerful flavours and finesse, mellowness and freshness. Everything that was so appealing on the nose reaffirms itself on the taste. The finish leaves us blissfully happy with mouth filling voluptuousness.

Domaine Albert Mann Riesling Cuvee Albert 2019
Grapes for the Albert cuvée are grown on varied soils of gravel, clay, limestone and granite. Its intense aromatic bouquet expresses notes of citrus fruits. On the palate, the same delicious notes of yellow fruits are present. There is a certain salinity and, on the whole, a great persistence. Enjoy this wine with seafood.
