Waipara West N Block Chardonnay 2018
A stripped-back Chardonnay style that showcases the fruit from our site while still being rich in subtle complexities. We achieve this using large, berried Chardonnay clones, whole bunch pressing, minimal use of old oak barrels, extended time on yeast lees and no malolactic fermentation.
Three qualities define this wine - above all else, the first being the fruit aroma/flavour, which we want to be subtle and pure. Acid structure is the second propping up the wine and giving it a salt crunch. Yeast derived aroma/flavours and mouthfeel provide balance.
Color: Pale golden kiwifruit in colour with hues of green and silver.
Aroma: On the nose, this wine is truly multi-layered however, all of them are understated. Fresh pineapple and sea salted cracker at first, perfumed white flower and white tea in the centre, all sitting on a base of malt toffee. These aromas combine and evolve into a vast number of flavours in the mouth.
Palate: Ripe peach and lemon meringue define the taste, due to a combination of full-bodied mouthfeel, cleansing acidity and a bite on the finish. A rich complex wine.

Limpid, pale yellow wine with golden highlights. Rich and complex nose, with a blend of white fruits and flowers, fresh and sweet spices and honey, nuts. Plentiful, structured and creamy mouth unveiling a lovely aromatic intensity. Long and fresh elegant finish.
Fresh and fruity when young, gaining more complexity after 5-10 years. Potential of 15-20 years. Drink as an aperitif with marinated sardines. Perfect with fish, veal or poultry in sauce, as well as more spicy dishes. Excellent match with cured cheeses. Decant a few hours and serve at 14°C. If served too cold, the wine will not develop its full aroma.

Nose: Apples, yellow peach & pear blossoms with hints of toasted hazelnuts
Palate: Nectarine & white peaches with yellow grapefruit. Fresh lemon curd & hints of brioche, on a tightly textured palate.
Chateau Malartic Lagraviere Blanc 2018
The Pessac-Léognan white 2018 is intense on the nose with pleasant aromas of stone fruit, citrus and green apple. It is a balanced white Bordeaux wine, tense, and with a freshness enhanced by a wonderful minerality. This very delicious wine develops a great aromatic bouquet on the finish, which also boasts fantastic length.
80% Sauvignon, 20% Sémillon
“The 2018 Malartic Lagraviere 2018 Blanc is a blend of 90% Sauvignon Blanc and 10% Sémillon. It was fermented in oak barrels, 55% new. It opens with alluring scents of fresh pears, Golden Delicious apples and juicy peaches, followed by hints of nutmeg, dill seed and honeysuckle. The medium to full-bodied palate delivers bags of apple and stone fruit flavors with a racy line and oily suggestion to the texture, finishing on a lingering spicy note. Que Bonito Cacareaba 2021
Barrel-fermented white that not only stands out for its sonorous name. It is a wine like few others are made ; Powerful, meaty and notable for its creaminess and perfect acidity point. It is made with white Garnacha, Viura and Malvasía from seven plots. A great white, elegant and durable.
Nose: It is a fine and elegant wine. With citrus aromas, notes of wild flowers and aromatic herbs, as well as hints of stone fruits (apricot, plum), and very mineral. The contribution of very fine oak promises good integration.
Palate: Very fresh, fine and with good skeleton and volume. A great balance of maturity, acid and freshness has been achieved by harvesting each variety at its time. Long life.
Recommended Serving Temperature: Between 9 and 12 ºC.

The palate is balanced in terms of maturity, warmth with very present and long acidity. This is a very fresh white wine, with good tannin structure, fine and lively. Good volume and long.

Yangarra Roux Beaute Roussanne 2019
The 2019 growing season was very dry, which resulted in incredibly low yields. We had a relatively warm lead up to the ripening period, which produced a very condensed and fast harvest. With Roussanne being a late ripening variety, it faired very well in a season like this, giving rise to concentration, freshness of flavor and marked natural acidity.
Hand-picked from Block 6 (1.0 ha) on March 16th, our oldest Roussanne planting which is now 15 years old. 50% is destemmed, crushed, and filled to 675L ceramic eggs, where it is fermented and remains on the skins for 193 days. The other 50% is pressed into ceramic eggs and fermented off of the skins. The final blend was 40% extended skin batch and 60% without skin contact.
