Handpicked from select barrels, Old Forester 100 Proof is a rich, complex bourbon. Spicy and robust, it is bottled at 100 Proof to maintain its distinct character and full flavor profile.
- Nose : Strong, sweet coffee laced with chocolate, creamy butterscotch and a hint of liquorice.
- Taste : Ripe apple and other sweet fruit, bakery spice (clove and nutmeg), and toasted oak.
- Finish : Sweet and light, with hints of oak and apple that linger a bit.
Herradura Reposado
The Original Reposado. Tequila Herradura introduced the world to Reposado in 1974 and has been setting the standard ever since. Aged 9 months longer than industry standards, Reposado has a rich amber color with notes of cooked agave, vanilla, and butter. This additional time spent resting in charred American White Oak barrels creates a smooth, sweet finish with a slight taste of spice.

Woodford Reserve® Master Collection Brandy Cask Finish
The Woodford Reserve Master’s Collection Brandy Cask Finish is the latest and 11th release in the series. As the first whiskey to be finished in an American brandy cask, this new expression is yet another product of Woodford Reserve’s continued appreciation and commitment to innovation and craftsmanship.
Brandy, a spirit distilled from wine or fruit, is often aged in oak barrels. These may be used a number of times because Brandy does not have the new, charred barrel requirement that our Kentucky Bourbon does. Finishing fully matured Woodford Reserve in these barrels does not add any new flavours to the whiskey, but instead accentuates Woodford Reserve’s rich dried fruit and nut characteristics that come from our grain recipe and long fermentation process.

Ruby red with purple reflections, Le Volte dell' Ornellaia 2020 has a vinous bouquet, releasing a complexity of aromas ranging from ripe red fruits, to Mediterranean scrub, up to delicate notes of tobacco and spices. The mouthfeel is soft and silky, but at the same time supported by a lively acidity that gives us a crisp, persistent finish.
"A blend of Merlot, Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon, the Ornellaia 2020 Le Volte dell'Ornellaia shows medium darkness and texture followed by a very primary and fruit-forward bouquet. Vibrant and aromatic, with citrus aromas of lime and tangerine, blended with subtle floral notes. Smooth and fresh, this Sauvignon Blanc has a great mouthfeel and a long finish.
After several years the 2021 harvest started by the end of February in what we refer to as “normal timing”, the main reason is given that we had a colder season that led into a slower maturation curve, thus accomplishing a more homogeneous process that brought complexity and intensity to the grapes. The characteristics of this harvest derived in moderate yields, which benefited the concentration of the fruit, allowing for its origins and variety to express themselves to its full potential. As always, the first variety to be harvested was our Sauvignon Blanc, this year surprised us with great aromatic potential, both fresh and expressive. Being the result of a cold year, it delivers freshness in the mouth, with a long crispy acidity at the end.

Dassai Junmai Daiginjo 39
Showing a luscious and juicy character with a nectar-like sweetness on the palate, followed by a long bright finale.
Produced by the Asahi Shuzo brewery, Dassai 39 is a premium sake of the Junmai Daiginjo type, which means that the rice used has been polished to more than 50% and no alcohol has been added. As the name suggests, this premium sake has a residual rice grain content of 39% so that only the noblest part of the rice remains, the heart.
The finesse of its aromas is a perfect accompaniment to shellfish, fish in sauce and grilled or steamed vegetables.
Sake or Nihonshu is a Japanese alcoholic beverage with a 14% to 17% volume content, made from a mixture of water, yeast and steamed rice, a small part of which has been previously sown with a microscopic fungus, the koji, to allow better fermentation.

Gonzalez Byass Cristina
Cristina is a medium Sherry with a small addition of PX. It shows a bright amber color and, on the nose, clean aromas with subtle notes of raisins and figs from the PX. On the palate slightly sweet with hints of oak and a long finish. Serve slightly chilled. Ideal as an aperitif with cheese or paté or enjoyed on its own.
"This has slightly medicinal character, but there are lots of caramelized nuts and dried fruit, too. The palate is rich with a hint of sweetness, nicely balanced by a bitter touch. Long, clean, candied-citrus finish." - 92 points, James Suckling
