- Nose: wild fruits, woody hints, and mineral tones with aromas of liquorice, black pepper, tobacco, spices, and chocolate.
- Palate: balanced, very intense, with a lingering robust body, to be drunk at least 5 years after harvesting.

Tenuta SantāAntonio Lilium Est Amarone Della Valpolicella Riserva 2008
The flower among flowers of Valpolicella. In Latin, the name of the reserve means āit is a lilyā.
This Reserve is dedicated to the best of the whole field. Produced from the municipality of Mezzane di Sotto - Monti Garbi District (Verona).
- Colour: Inky ruby red, clear and consistent.
- Nose: Its aroma is very intense, full, and fine. Balsamic, almost iodine notes can be appreciated immediately, conveyed by the notable alcoholic strength. These then give way to the characteristic aroma of ripe cherries, plums, small woodland berries, spicy aroma of star anise, cinnamon, cardamom, black pepper, vanilla and ginger. Tertiary aromas of cocoa, chocolate, goudron, almond, toasted hazelnuts, and pipe tobacco.
- Palate: Dry, warm, and soft, well supported by a notable acidity, richness of flavour and rounded tannin content. Very persistent and fine balance. Certainly ready, a wine with strong shoulders that can stand the test of time.
- Corvina and Corvinone 70% - Rondinella 20% - Croatina 5% - Oseleta 5%.

Cocchi Dopo Teatro Vermouth Amaro
DOPO TEATRO VERMOUTH AMARO
Itās a rare āevening vermouthā called Dopo Teatro on the wake of Piedmonts tradition to drink a small cup of cool vermouth with lemon zest in the evening, maybe after watching a performance in one of the historic theatres of the Savoy capital.
CHARACTERISTICS
Vermouth Amaro Cocchi has been created according to the original recipe by Giulio Cocchi where Artemisia was enriched with rhubarb, quassia wood, chiretta and a double infusion of cinchona.
The addition of Barolo Chinato to the base wine gives delicately red nuances and a further soft and complex note ā totally Cocchi style.
HOW TO DRINK IT
The richness of the bitter principles makes this vermouth a tonic aperitif and a pleasant end of meal.
Today it is perfect as a bittering ingredient for the best cocktails.
