Opus One 2019
Opus One was founded by Baron Philippe de Rothschild, legendary proprietor of ChĆ¢teau Mouton Rothschild, and renowned Napa Valley vintner Robert Mondavi. By combining the great winemaking traditions and innovations of both families, the foundersā singular goal was to create an exceptional wine in the heart of Napa Valley. Opus One, like any great work, arose out of passion. Dedicated to uncompromised quality, Opus Oneās sole purpose is to express this vision and passionate spirit for generations to come.
VINTAGE 2o19
Abundant spring rains, nearly double the annual average, saturated the soil and provided ample water for the growing season. The first signs of budbreak were observed in the vineyard on March 27th; a full 15 days later than usual. This delay led to later bloom and veraison. However, warmer temperatures toward the end of summer accelerated the fruitās development and maturity. Picking began on September 10th, a couple of days earlier than average. The harvest lasted four weeks, and activity in the cellar proceeded at a calm and steady pace.
The Opus One 2019 has intense aromas of black plum, blueberry, black currant, and dried rose petals, accentuated by mineral undertones. The creamy, satiny texture is framed by finegrained tannins. The freshness and soft glow of acidity create a subtle tension with dark fruit flavors, savory herbs, espresso, and cocoa. A delicate dark chocolate bitterness lingers on the finish.

Opus One 2017
Opus One was founded by Baron Philippe de Rothschild, legendary proprietor of ChĆ¢teau Mouton Rothschild, and renowned Napa Valley vintner Robert Mondavi. By combining the great winemaking traditions and innovations of both families, the foundersā singular goal was to create an exceptional wine in the heart of Napa Valley.
Opus One, like any great work, arose out of passion. Dedicated to uncompromised quality, Opus Oneās sole purpose is to express this vision and passionate spirit for generations to come.
VINTAGE 2o17
The winter of 2017 ended a five-year drought with January recording the most rainfall in over 20 years. The abundant rainfall continued into March, causing a modest delay in budbreak, and pushing bloom back by two weeks. Increased soil moisture allowed for healthy vine growth and development. The summer, in turn, was warm and punctuated by occasional heat waves. Despite Mother Natureās variability, favorable weather in August provided optimal conditions for fruit development and maturation. Superb flavors and excellent ripening led to an earlier than expected harvest, which commenced on the 5th of September.
The Opus One 2017 offers a harmonious aromatic balance of rich dark fruit, stems of roses, and earthy forest floor. The juicy entry offers a round, silky mouthfeel with just enough acidity to complement the satin texture. This seductive wine shows flavors of black cassis, black cherry and a hint of cocoa powder. The fine-grained, plush tannins evolve into a long, supple finish. A supremely age-worthy wine, it will delight now and for many years to come.

Richard G Peterson Pinot Noir 2019
As history and legend purport, the Wrotham clone was discovered near Wrotham Village in southeast England; the cuttings were introduced there by the Romans some 2,000 years ago. The Wrotham clone produces a uniquely rich colour and a spicy character not often found in other Pinot Noir wines.
In 1980, Dick Peterson brought the first and only Wrotham cuttings back to California and planted them in the Santa Lucia Highlands AVA just south of Monterey Bay. This region boasts a cool climate and one of the longest growing seasons in California.
Dick Peterson has been an innovator in the California wine industry since the 1960s. As a young man, he produced novel products such as the first wine cooler for Seagrams and Galloās Hearty Burgundy. He was pivotal to the success of a portfolio of wineries, including Beaulieu Vineyards with Andre Tchelistcheff, the Monterey Vineyard, Atlas Peak Vineyards and Folie Ć Deux Winery.
Aged 14 months in burgundy oak barrels.
Coup de Foudre Pinot Noir 2019
Situated at the top of Kings Ridge Road along the Sonoma Coast, the Pinot Noir Vineyard overlooks the Pacific Ocean and basks in ample sun and fog at a 2000 feet elevation. The coastal fog keeps it cool in the mornings, but the ridge exposure allows for ample ripening.
Strawberry preserve, anise, and spicy notes leap out of the glass. While fresh red fruit and hints of cherry are enveloped by subtle warm toasty oak nuances. The firm acidity and smooth tannin profile are perfectly balanced.
Aged 14 months in 50% New French Oak, 50% Neutral French Oak. Only 8 barrels.
Coup de Foudre Sauvignon Blanc 2020
This is the only white wine produce by the winery ā the only white varietal we ever would choose to approach. We style our Sauvignon Blanc after some of the great white Bordeaux
wines from the Pessac Leognan region, offering a flavor profile of pink grapefruit, stone fruits and bright minerality.
The wine produce elements of honeydew melon, white peach, and nectarine, with underlying notes of fresh citrus bloom nuances. A weighty mouthfeel ushers in notes of pink grapefruit, Meyer lemon zest with bright acidity, minerality and tropical elements through to a long finish.
Aged for 7 months in 50% Concrete Egg Ferm, 10% New Burgundian Oak, 30% Neutral French Oak, 10% Stainless Barrell.

Barefoot Rose
Orin Swift 8 Years In The Desert Gift Set
Dark garnet with a lucid rim, the wine exhibits aromas of briar fruit, ripe blackberry and dark plum with a tinge of minerality and charred meat. Brawny on the entry, it has an equally big mid-palate with complex flavours of ripe brambly fruit, a touch of earth and notes of espresso bean. Still massive through to the finish with soft drying tannins, the unique varietal characteristics of the blend clearly reveal themselves over time.
