Brunello di Montalcino DOCG
Tasting notes: A deep ruby red, richer when compared to wines grown from our other vineyards. In the nose, it expresses itself as a symphony of aromas ranging from the intense smell of red-orange and violets to fresh balsamic herbal notes. This vineyard is characterized by a more creamy and silky taste coupled with a fun and vibrant saltiness. Wines from 2019 are certainly rich and Mediterranean.
Serve with roast meat, aged cheeses and pasta. Serving temperature from 16Ā° to 18Ā°C.
"Aromas of underbrush, leather, baked plum and camphor meld together on this full-boded red. Cocchiās ASTI is an undiscussed representative of the most popular sparkling aromatic wine in the word. Today, only small quantities of ASTI are produced by Giulio Cocchi through the fermentation ā in steel vats ā of the finest Moscato from the Asti hills.
Creamy and delicate to taste, with a very scented aroma, this is the classic party wine suitable for everybody, due to its natural character and low alcohol content. The colors of the flags of the medieval festival āPalio di Astiā are paraded in this bottle that Giulio Cocchi produces with now more than one-century old experience.
GRAPE VARIETY

VINIFICATION AND SPARKLING WINE MAKING
All efforts are made in cellars in order to keep ā and unveil even more ā the fruity, delicate aroma of the grape. A very slow fermentation process takes place in steel vats at controlled temperature to get the very fine bubbles that are peculiar to Cocchiās Asti.
TASTING NOTES
Asti Cocchi is a sweet sparkling wine with the immediate aromatic fragrance of Moscato grape, a rich and intense aroma with a fruity taste of wisteria, acacia and honey. It features a well-balanced sweetness and a low alcohol content (7% Vol).
Ideal with desserts. It is a must with almond or hazelnut pastries.

Sourced from diverse vineyard blocks within the stateās best growing regions, we now know what he was talking about.
Deep purple in color, the wine brims with aromas of wild blueberries, cassis, and pleasing notes of forest floor. e palate is initially treated to dense flavors of plum, milk chocolate and framboise. Following, a delightful interplay of violet, anise, black tea, and brown spices soon emerge giving further character to the wine. Silky tannins encapsulate things with a very pure and true finish.
A blend of Syrah, Merlot, and Petit Sirah
Barrel aged 10 months in French and American oak barrels.

Eden Valley is the perfect backdrop for us to further push our vinous boundaries. At a higher elevation than the Barossa Valley below, we embrace the funk to make even more diverse expressions of Syrah that speak of their unique sites. Itās all about the one. Give the drummer some! With this Eden Valley project we are looking for the ultimate expressions of three cooler climate sites and working hard to find them, utilising all our experience. Syrah from a single vineyard in Moculta.

Chateau de Pommard Bourgogne Chardonnay 2019
Across the CĆ“te de Beaune, limestone-rich soils are perfect for producing our Bourgogne Chardonnay, a well-balanced, fruity and fresh wine showing the potential of the Chardonnay grape. The most approachable appellation of Burgundy summarizes the essence of the regionās native white grape. We see it as an entry door on all the Villages, Premiers Crus and Grands Crus Burgundyās vineyards have to offer.
Pale yellow in color with hints of gold, this Burgundy Chardonnayās bouquet offers notes of ripe citrus and white flowers. The palate is fresh and generous, with delicious notes of almonds. The long, mouthwatering finish is complemented by the richness of this vintage. It can age gracefully for at least the next 10 years in your cellar.
Rimapere Sauvignon Blanc 2022
Tasting Note: This is a remarkably refreshing white that displays purity of fruits, elegance and truly reflects its origins. A delightfully fruit-driven wine exuberating aromatic notes of passionfruit, guava, green apples & citrus, while on the palate, burstful of flavors with minerality and lemon zest. Clean, bright and persistentĀ finishing.

The reds are beautifully crafted. The Merlot offers a sublime mid-palate, with a silkiness and density that are rarely achieved. The Cabernet is spectacular, with exceptional aromatic profiles and levels of quality. The Petit-Verdots, co-fermented with the merlots, are particularly silky.

Domaine Albert Mann Pinot Noir Les Saintes Claires 2020
The vines, which are at least 25 years old, were planted near the Grand Cru Mambourg above the Clarisses monastery in Sigolsheim. The yields here are only 26 hl/ha.
Ruby red color, beautiful shine. The nose is discreet with a floral touch as well as notes of mara strawberries. In the mouth, a precision, a depth, a radiance that makes you want to repeat endlessly. Beautiful body hold, this racy wine reveals superb liveliness. A touch on the palate with notes of velvet. It has a rigor and a solar tone which underline its raw material and allow this Pinot Noir to give a very gastronomic dimension.

BenMarco Sin LĆmites Organic Malbec is made with organic grapes from selected plots in the I.G. (appellation) Los Chacayes, Valle de Uco, at 1,100 m.a.s.l. (3,600 ft.).
This wine is a great option to enjoy paired with roasted, grilled, or sautƩed preparations, cured and cold meats, poultry, nuts.

EXPRESSIVE ā¢ INTENSE ā¢ RICH
Aromas of ripe black fruit, leather and vanilla are complemented with cassis flavors and hints of spices, with a long velvety finish.
A challenging early harvest, with the principal factor being a winter with low levels of precipitation that favored our organic vineyards. Severe frosts in some zones of the valley affected yields, but maintained the quality of the grapes, and summer saw elevated temperatures. Harvest began early, and thanks to this we had expressive and intense fruit with balanced acidity and ripe tannins.

Domaine Albert Mann Pinot Gris 2021
A slightly golden and shiny yellow color. A fresh nose, on fruits such as peach and mirabelle plum, with some notes of white flowers. The attack is energetic, suave and saline. The palate is elegant and pure, with good acidity. It is a harmonious and dry wine with a digestible balance. A perfect gourmet Pinot Gris, to drink without moderation.
Gonzalez Byass Tio Pepe En Rama
With fewer of the typical markers being filtered out, it brings us a more intense expression of the typical Carrascal and Macharnudo terroir. It was bottled from a hand-picked selection of 67 barrels which showed the most vigorous layer of flor. Tio Pepe En Rama 2020 was marked by an unusually dry and mild winter, followed by a cool and rainy spring. This year the profits are used to support the re-opening of bars and restaurants in Spain ā another reason to try it.
Pale yellow with golden glints. Slightly cloudy as it contains flor in suspension, reflecting its having been bottled āEn Ramaā. Complex on the nose, very sharp, with a strong aroma of the layer of flor, together with chalk, almonds, lemon, withered flowers, salt, and minerals. Concentrated, slightly creamy, salty, and full of flavour. It delivers an impressive finish, rounded and balanced, with notes of iodine, toasted almonds, aldehydes and dried flowers. The aftertaste is rounded and alluring, clearly harking back to its origins in the albariza soil yet also reflecting the significance of its biological ageing. This wine is the purest definition of vines and the winery.
