Our neighbouring harbour village of Portsoy inspires the deep maritime flavour of this richly peated single malt. Matured in sherry, bourbon and port casks, over time the full-bodied depth of Glenglassaugh Portsoy grows, harmoniously balanced with the rich coastal character of our peated spirit. Colour: Deep amber Nose: Rich maritime waves infused with tropical fruit and sherried dark soy, rolling into port with liquorice and sea kelp. Palate: Full-bodied with dark chocolate, fermented soy and charred mango with treacle and a crack of sea salt.

Glenglassaugh 12 Years Old is a harmonious balance of our signature coastal style; lush, tropical, and coastal. Matured in bourbon, sherry and red wine casks for luscious waves of ripe fruit carried on an ocean breeze. Colour: Luminous gold Nose: Sweet coastal waves of ripe apricot and fig meld with toasted vanilla and tropical flora, carried on a warm ocean breeze. Palate: Candied pistachio, date and sweet fig roll into waves of morello cherry and whipped cream, infused with fresh coastal air.

After sixteen years of maturation, Benriach develops a richly balanced evolution of our signature Speyside style. Three cask maturation in bourbon, sherry and virgin oak brings layers of stone fruit, smooth creamy malt, wild honey and nutty oak spice.

BENRIACH THE THIRTY / Speyside Single Malt Scotch Whisky Four Cask Matured, Natural Imparted Colour This exquisite single malt has been crafted from peated spirit and four cask matured for at least thirty years in sherry casks, bourbon barrels, virgin oak casks and port casks from the Douro Valley. During long maturation Benriach’s sweet Speyside smoke mellows and integrates with the fruit, malt and oak. After thirty years, rich layering develops into sublime honeyed smoke, further enhanced through multi-layered cask maturation. The whisky from each cask type, imbued with particular flavour characteristics, is then expertly married together to create an exquisitely harmonious single malt, layered with dark fruits, rich walnut and velvety oak spice with a long, complex, smoked honey finish. All in perfect balance.
