Mars Maltage “Cosmo” Blended Malt Whisky
Its name "Cosmo" refers to a peak located within mountains surrounding the distillery. Mars Maltage "Cosmo" is a blend of single malts distilled and aged in Shinshu, with single malts distilled and aged in Scotland. No age is indicated on the label, so it means that single malts used are relatively young, as you may know the distillery started distilling again in 2011, and the old Scottish whiskies are also expensive and rare, so the Chief Blender decided to focus on specific taste characteristics and selected each single malts himself.
A tasty blend of sweet flavors such as honey, caramel and riped fruits, subtly highlighted by some woody and smoky hints.

ABK6 Cognac Extra
Old gold colour. This rich Cognac is supple and indulgent and is characterised by its aromatic complexity where the aromas of cedar wood, candied fruits and honey mix. The taste is complex and expressed with candied fruits and spices, including cinnamon. The wood aromas bring great length and incomparable richness. It is followed by a very supple honeyed finish sustained by citrus, honey, cigar box and candied orange notes.

ABK6 XO Renaissance Cellar Single Estate Cognac
Old gold amber colour. A nose that is rich with woody notes, spice, liquorice, orange peel and dried fig. The taste has a tamed aromatic strength with a touch of hazelnut, walnut, cedar wood then candied fruits. A great length characterises this XO.

La Maison Fontaine® Verte, a newly crafted close relative to the Fontaine Blanche, is our take on the green fairy – la fee verte.
The Pontarlier-grown Grande Absinthe in combination with the natural herbal colouration creates a classic complex floral Verte with rich herbal & peppery notes. By adding chilled water to Fontaine Verte, a stimulating and refreshing drink is created with a vintage green louche. Some prefer a more intense flavour and sip it neat or pour it over ice.

ABK6 VSOP Single Estate Cognac (Serpent – CNY Special Edition)
This special edition of our ABK6 VSOP Cognac was created in collaboration with Chinese artists, exclusively for the year of the Snake. To blend this special batch Francis Abécassis and Frédéric David the Cellar Master, have selected eaux-de-vie renowned for their rich aromas, aged in the estate's oldest casks. Each sip of this precious cognac reveals harmonious and powerful flavours, symbolised by the strength of the dragon.
TASTING NOTES

- Nose: Richly aromatic, woody, subtly spicy notes, cinnamon, orange peel and dried figs.

Akkeshi Blended Whisky Shosetsu
Akkeshi Blended Whisky SHOTSETSU（小雪）is the 13th in the 24 Season Series.
‘The golden leaves of the fallen pine trees in the mountains are falling in the autumn. The pure white whooper swans that fly to Lake Akkeshi invite the first snowfall. The end of the year is filled with smiles as people warm themselves with peat-covered whisky from Akkeshi.’
