Cocchi’s ASTI is an undiscussed representative of the most popular sparkling aromatic wine in the word. Today, only small quantities of ASTI are produced by Giulio Cocchi through the fermentation – in steel vats – of the finest Moscato from the Asti hills.

Asti Cocchi is a sweet sparkling wine with the immediate aromatic fragrance of Moscato grape, a rich and intense aroma with a fruity taste of wisteria, acacia and honey. It features a well-balanced sweetness and a low alcohol content (7% Vol). Ideal with desserts. It is a must with almond or hazelnut pastries.
Cocchi Vermouth di Torino Extra Dry Piemontese
Cocchi Vermouth di Torino Extra Dry, released on the year of Cocchi’s 130th anniversary, is a classic-style vermouth from the birthplace of vermouth, Piemonte.
“Ricetta Piemontese”(Piedmontese recipe), stated on the label, is a very precise indication of the content: all the relevant ingredients for this vermouth come from Piemonte and have a strong bond with our region.
The wine used for this vermouth is Cortese, the same grape used for Gavi DOCG.
The Artemisia Absinthium, is 100% from Piemonte mountains.
The aromatic profile is characterized by Menta di Pancalieri, a local variety of peppermint, and lemon, traditionally used to garnish vermouth in our region.
The Cocchi Extra Dry proudly carries the “Vermouth di Torino” appellation.
Characteristics
The wine at its hearth comes from local Cortese grapes (same grape used for Gavi DOCG), which is then married with lemon peels and Piedmontese mint as well as botanicals such as wormwood, angelica, coriander and cardamom for a fragrant and perfectly balanced character.
Tasting Notes
Cocchi Extra Dry is an extremely elegant stand-alone vermouth with fresh apple, melon and white flower notes from the wine, beautifully balance with the aromatic botanical notes of cardamom, wormwood, coriander and angelica. The Piedmontese mint and lemon peels bring herbaceous notes and brightness to the palate, creating a unique personality.
Tenuta Sant’Antonio Valpolicella Nanfre 2020
A typical inhabitant of Veneto knows how to make himself known, like Gianfranco, who once owned that vineyard. Gianfranco, also known as Gianfrè, or Nanfrè to his friends.

Cocchi Barolo Chinato
BAROLO CHINATO
Born in Piedmont in the last century, it soon spread thanks to its taste, well balanced between bitter and sweet, and especially for the leading effect on the market of its name “Barolo”, that immediately positioned it among the noblest products compared to various other types of alcoholic drinks based on cinchona.
Inventor of this original recipe, Giulio Cocchi was also the protagonist of the diffusion of Barolo Chinato.
In Italy its consumption was encouraged by the fame it gained as therapeutic wine. A traditional remedy in Piedmont to cure many small sicknesses, especially in case of cooling. Drunk as a vin brulé, hot and invigorating, its antipyretic and digestive capacities were widely recognized. Serving it to the guests became a typical tradition of the farmers’ hospitality.
Over time, the use of this aromatized wine changed and today, in the general wake to recover traditions and naturality, it’s been rediscovered with new and interesting consumption styles.
CHARACTERISTICS
Barolo Chinato is a special wine produced with Barolo DOCG, aromatized with cinchona calisaya bark, rhubarb and gentian root and the precious cardamom seed whose active principles are extracted with a slow maceration at room temperature. The occasions to appreciate Cocchi Barolo Chinato are diverse, with a particular success in the good restoration when served at environment temperature or as elegant end of the meal or even steam heated with orange zest. Almost a surprise then the recent discovery of Barolo Chinato as an “ideal liquid” to support and complete the persistent taste of the mostly cocoa rich chocolates. TUSCAN TRADITION
2019: a balanced and late vintage. A cold and sunny winter was followed by a spring characterized by low average temperatures and heavy rainfall, which contributed to the creation of important water reserves in the soil. The reduced sunlight coupled with the heavy rainfall resulted in a slight delay of about ten days in the vegetative cycle of the grapevines. The flowering phase took place in early June, after which the growing season continued regularly with a hot summer free of excessive temperatures and some rainfall occurring between late July and early August, which supported a vigorous and efficient growth of the leaves. The mild temperatures in September and the good water reserves supported a slow and regular ripening of the grapes, which resulted in perfectly ripe, highly intense tannins rich in aromatic freshness. The harvest began with a sunny climate on September 12 with the first Merlot grapes, continued with Sangiovese in late September and early October. The wines are structured showing balance, vigor and great aging potential. Luce 2019 has an intense ruby red color. The nose is striking with its floral hints of violet and rose accompanied by red fruits such as raspberries and sweet spices. In the mouth, the wine is balanced and elegant with an almost creamy texture supported by silky and well-integrated tannins. Spicy notes accompany the persistent finish. Tenuta Sant’Antonio Valpolicella Ripasso Monti Garbi 2020
The vineyards of Tenuta Sant’Antonio lie on the Monti Garbi: harsh and impervious soil, but generous with great wines. Like this splendid combination of Valpolicella Giovane and Amarone skins. Produced from the municipality of Mezzane di Sotto - Monti Garbi District (Verona).

- Palate: semi-dry, soft, caressing, fresh, savoury and fairly tannic with a spicy aftertaste.

Tenuta Sant’Antonio Campo dei Gigli Amarone della Valpolicella 2016
The wine with most awards from the best international juries. The oldest vineyard is dedicated to the lily, the flower that symbolises Tenuta Sant’Antonio. A single vine grows in that vineyard, giving a unique wine.

- Nose: wild fruits, woody hints and mineral tones with aromas of liquorice, black pepper, tobacco, spices and chocolate.
- Palate: balanced, very intense, with a lingering robust body, to be drunk at least 5 years after harvesting.
Arnaldo Rivera Barolo DOCG Ravera 2018
The nose is intensely smoky, with raspberry and strawberry aromas. The calcareous white soils produce beautiful fruit aromatics, whilst the due-south sun-facing aspect add considerable depth to the fruit and ripeness to the firm tannins. Directness of fruit is also brought forward by a degree less oak than their other Cru wines, with some smaller format wood -- but none of it new. It's sleek and stylish, a lifted wine that's taut and spicy with fine-grained tannins. There's tension and persistence here, with a long and elegant finish. A long and profound Barolo to approach now or cellar a good while, the Ravera is a classic.

Arnaldo Rivera Langhe DOC Nascetta del Comune di Novello 2020
Pale straw yellow in colour, it has a floral and fruity bouquet, with intense aromatic notes in its youth capable of evolving into more complex aromas after a few years in the bottle. Good structure, contained acidity, excellent sapidity and persistence on the palate. It goes well with semi-mature cheeses, first courses and white meats.
