Its deep gold colour is defined by a fine and magnificent effervescence. These pearls create a white cordon on the surface.
The powerful bouquet reveals aromas of coco powder and exotic wood. Shortly after, this cuvée reveals all of its character with vine peaches, pear, rhubarb and frangipane.
A remarkable attack with the right balance of freshness and richness. A touch of acidity is enhancing notes of butter and dried fruit. The aromatic persistence is underlined by a tangy finish.

A family business for five generations, Vilmart is driven by unique intuition, a taste for precision and a certain form of freedom.
In 1890, Désiré Vilmart founded the house in the heart of the village of Rilly-la-Montagne, at the foot of the Montagne de Reims. He was succeeded by his son Charles, then his grandson Renan. They were both instrumental in furthering the house’s growth. Independence and boldness were already characteristic of the house’s outlook.
During the Second World War, Renan witnessed the destruction of the estate. With courage and determination, he applied himself to reconstructing buildings and facilities over cellars that had been spared; Vilmart still occupies these premises, which have been developed and added to by each successive generation.
The 11 exclusively Premier Cru hectares of the Vilmart vineyard are located in the Rilly-la-Montagne terroir. The proximity of the plots and unity of place, a particular feature in Champagne, allows the vines to be tended with particular care. The Vilmart vineyard is also notable for its mix of varietals: a majority of Chardonnay (60%), with the remaining 40% planted to Pinot Noir.
This proportion is highly unusual for the region, essentially planted to Pinot Noir and Meunier. The estate’s vines are on average 35 years old. Grapes from the oldest vines, which are 60 years old, are reserved for crafting Coeur de Cuvée and Blanc de Blancs champagnes.

This is a complex wine with aromas of black berry fruits, chocolate, and cedar with berry highlights. On the palate it has layers of interest starting with rich dark berry fruit flavours, deft oak treatment, and plush tannins. It is ready to drink and will age beautifully over the long term.
This fruit was hand harvested in late March in a selection of our vineyards; the majority was from the Wilyabrup sub-region and there was a parcel from Carbunup. The wine was aged in French oak barriques, 30 per cent new, for 15 months.
Our Gnarly Vine Zinfandel is a big, full-bodied wine with rich blackberry and pepper aromas that lead to a sweep of dark fruit flavors, including blackberry reduction, plum and black currant. The intense fruit blends with layers of spice notes ranging from fresh peppercorns to clove and baking spices. The vibrant and robust wine is balanced by velvety tannins and the spice and minerality characteristic of Monte Rosso’s iron-rich volcanic soils. The extraordinarily long, luxurious finish includes hints of vanilla, pepper and molasses.
Varietal: 98% Zinfandel, 2% Petite Sirah
"Fully ripe, extracted fruit dominates in this robust, heady wine, a mixture of red berry jam and vanilla that takes on a perceptible sweetness on the palate. From the mighty mountain vineyard, it also shows dustings of dried herb and brush, an herbal undertone that balances its overall intensity. " - 90 points, Wine Enthusiast
Limpid, pale yellow wine with golden highlights. Rich and complex nose, with a blend of white fruits and flowers, fresh and sweet spices and honey, nuts. Plentiful, structured and creamy mouth unveiling a lovely aromatic intensity. Long and fresh elegant finish.
Fresh and fruity when young, gaining more complexity after 5-10 years. Potential of 15-20 years. Drink as an aperitif with marinated sardines. Perfect with fish, veal or poultry in sauce, as well as more spicy dishes. Excellent match with cured cheeses. Decant a few hours and serve at 14°C. If served too cold, the wine will not develop its full aroma.
Bourboulenc (40%), Grenache (20%), Roussanne (20%), Marsanne (20%)
Across the Côte de Beaune, limestone-rich soils are perfect for producing our Bourgogne Chardonnay, a well-balanced, fruity and fresh wine showing the potential of the Chardonnay grape. The most approachable appellation of Burgundy summarizes the essence of the region’s native white grape. We see it as an entry door on all the Villages, Premiers Crus and Grands Crus Burgundy’s vineyards have to offer.
Pale yellow in color with hints of gold, this Burgundy Chardonnay’s bouquet offers notes of ripe citrus and white flowers. The palate is fresh and generous, with delicious notes of almonds. The long, mouthwatering finish is complemented by the richness of this vintage. It can age gracefully for at least the next 10 years in your cellar.
Hand-harvested grapes, hand-sorted on a vibrating table. 100% de-stemmed, placed into stainless steel fermentation vats by gravity flow. Weeks-long maceration, minimal pumping-over and punching-down. Pressing in pneumatic press. Placed in French oak barrels for aging on fine lees. Light filtration
A pure expression of a lightly oaked Pinor Noir, our Micault 2018 displays a deep ruby color. This cuvée features aromas of red fruit, fresh rose and peony, with a hint of blood orange. On the palate, the tannins are supple and savory. We also find a full-bodied side which leaves a juicy impression in the mouth. Enjoyable today, this Pommard will evolve gracefully over the next 10 years.

The juice dedicated to our Corton-Charlemagne Grand Cru 2016 is placed into French oak barrels where it undergoes both fermentation and aging. The wine isn’t filtered, nor racked during these processes, which allows it to keep its lees. These natural deposits bring complexity and depth while enhancing the freshness of the wine.
Corton Charlemagne Grand Cru 2016 is a vibrant and refined white wine. Its clear lemon color hides a very intense nose of white flowers, lemon, pear and white peaches, lined with notes of fresh mushrooms and chalky minerality. On the palate, the same flavors are expressed, concentrated and multi-layered yet elegant and well defined. The finish is long, with a lingering minerality expressive of this unique terroir.
Recommended Serving Temperature: 12°C
Food Pairing: Grilled Lobster, Foie Gras, Blue Cheese

Chambolle-Musigny is rooted in the shallow clay and limestone soils on the easterly slopes of the Côte de Nuits, rising between 250 and 300 meters above sea level. Our Pinot Noir produced here is complex with soft tannins and a long finish. Once an adjunct to the Cîteaux Abbey, the vineyard gave its name to the village of Chambolle-Musigny, like 11 other climats throughout Côte d’Or.
With its aromas and flavours of musk, red fruits, and dry flowers underlined by notes of sandalwood and game, our Chambolle- Musigny 2017 has a beautiful touch. While still in development, this velvet red wine with a long finish presents a delicate and silky texture, enhanced by well-integrated tannins. It is approachable now, with great potential for aging.
The Pessac-Léognan white 2019 present exceptional quality. The cool August produced superbly balanced grapes, highlighting their aromatic profiles.
76.1% Sauvignon, 23.9% Sémillon
“Really intense and powerful with great density and energy, showing sliced limes, green apples, stone and minerals. It's full-bodied and very long. Extremely minerally with precision and brightness. Clear and transparent. Wow. ” - James Suckling"This is a luscious wine, following in the tradition of impressive white wines from this estate. There is an inspired fruitiness and balance between citrus and quince flavors, with just a hint of spice from the wood aging." - Wine Enthusiast
