Triple distilled in small batches under expert direction of our Master Distiller Charles Maxwell, The London N°1, is made from the highest quality English grain spirit from the sunny fields of Suffolk and Norfolk. Distillation takes place in a traditional pot still with 12 carefully selected botanicals.
The exceptional character of the London N°1 is a result of the perfect blend of 12 key botanicals from various parts of the world. Each botanical is specifically and meticulously selected to create a complex and sophisticated gin. Orange peel from Italy, Bergamot from Italy, Savory from the French Alps, Lemon Peel from Italy, Cinnamon from Sri Lanka, Angelica Root from the French Alps, Coriander from China, Juniper from Croatia, Almond from Greece, Liquorice from Turkey and Lily Root from Italy.
The London N°1 presents itself in a luminous, pale yet bright bluish Aquamarine colour; the nose reveals delightful scents of juniper berries and balsamic aromas. The alcohol is well integrated, elegant, and clean. A delicate palate with some viscosity, and a fine dry mouth feel. Mild but very aromatic, with quality balsamic notes. Very balanced overall with a long sensual finish.

This expression shows great depth of character and finesse, a harmonious combination of whisky and oak. Bottled at 50%, natural colour and non-chill filtered.
- Colour : Crisp harvest gold
- Nose : Luscious combination of sweet barley, delicate pineapple and waves of soft buttery vanilla. Deeper oak spices and caramelised pear develop.
- Palate : Robust, white peppery oak floods through crisp green apple and freshly cracked barley. A gentle salted caramel emerges alongside hints of ripe banana and fruit salad syrup.

Kokuryu Kuzuryu Eto Junmai Daiginjo
The Chinese zodiac sign for the year of 2022 is Tiger, which comes around once every 36 years and is said to be a year of strong luck. The tiger is known for its good luck, as it is said to "go a thousand miles and come back a thousand miles," meaning that what goes away will come back.
To celebrate the start of the new year, we have bottled freshly pressed Junmai Daiginjo sake in a bottle with the Chinese zodiac sign written by the late Dr. Inamura Undo, who supported the Kokuryu Brewery since its early days of ginjo brewery.

Kokuryu Fuku Daiginjo Yamadanishiki
This Daiginjo-shu is best drunk warm. While premium Daiginjo are usually not drunk warm, Kuzuryuu Daiginjo was created in 2004 as a Daiginjo specially for warm sake. Enjoy it warm for a deep, refined flavor that has matured over time. It has a gorgeous aroma characteristic of daiginjo-shu, and an elegant and delicate aroma.
Recommended way to drink: 5°C to 10°C
Tasting Notes: Intense and concentrated ginjo aroma, clear and delicate flavour with hints of sweetness on the palate, medium bodied.
