With its pebbly brown limestone and marl soil, Gevrey-Chambertin is a perfect match for Pinot Noir. Facing east, this vineyard offers delicacy and elegance to the wine while its marl and clay-rich soils give body and structure.
Hand-harvested grapes. Weeks-long maceration, minimal pumping-over and punching-down. Pressing in pneumatic press. Placed in French oak barrels for aging on fine lees. Light filtration before bottling.
