The authentic Mediterranean gin, Gin Mare, was created with unique and savoury botanicals including Arbequina olive from Spain, rosemary from Greece, thyme from Turkey, and Italian sweet basil. The four principal Mediterranean botanicals unite with more traditional botanicals including coriander, cardamom, citrus, and juniper berries to create a character that lends itself well to pairing with food. Gin Mare is a distilled gin from the Mediterranean. It consists of nine botanicals which are macerated (40 days for the citrus botanicals and 12 hours for the remaining botanicals), before being distilled separately and then expertly blended, earning the notation “Collecion de Autor” on each bottle.
