The reds are beautifully crafted. The Merlot offers a sublime mid-palate, with a silkiness and density that are rarely achieved. The Cabernet is spectacular, with exceptional aromatic profiles and levels of quality. The Petit-Verdots, co-fermented with the merlots, are particularly silky.

Aromas of ripe black fruit, leather and vanilla are complemented with cassis flavors and hints of spices, with a long velvety finish.
A challenging early harvest, with the principal factor being a winter with low levels of precipitation that favored our organic vineyards. Severe frosts in some zones of the valley affected yields, but maintained the quality of the grapes, and summer saw elevated temperatures. Harvest began early, and thanks to this we had expressive and intense fruit with balanced acidity and ripe tannins.

Suppin Rumiko no Sake Muroka Nama Genshu No.6
āSuppinā translates into āto go bare-faced or without makeupā and explains that this sake is made without unnecessary manipulation or work. A āPure Riceā sake made without charcoal filtration, pasteurisation or dilution. Robust and full flavour.
Tasting Note:Ā Displays a vibrant, pale lemon colour in the glass. Aromatics take some time to emerge, and while only mildly intense the aromas are quite complex with notes of white flowers and acacia, layered over pear, green apple, custard and white chocolate. There's a good weight to this sake on the palate, creamy and textural, showing excellent umami feel. As with the nose this is notably complex with flavours of pear, apple, hints of lychee and green melon, custard and white chocolate. Excellent. Serve chilled.

Tanaka Shuzo Junmai Daiginjo Kame-No-Kou 22
It has a beautiful nose showcasing peach and white flowers.Ā On the palate, it displays subtle sweetness with prominent mineral and fir. Recommended to serve at 12ā in a wine glass, and pair with abalone and white beet mousse. Comes with a wooden box.

Served in a large glass over ice with tonic water, a slice of lemon and a sprig of mint, it makes the perfect Port and Tonic, but it can also be served chilled on its own. It does not need to be decanted and should be consumed within four weeks of opening.
Cockburn’s Fine Tawny
Cockburnās Fine Tawny is a blend of young, vibrant wines from different harvests aged for an average of two to three years in casks before being blended and bottled ready to enjoy. They are lighter in colour than Ruby Ports and combine the fruitiness of young wines and the nuttiness derived from the maturation in seasoned oak casks.
A bright reddish tawny colour. On the nose Cockburnās Fine Tawny has light and crisp fruit aromas balanced with a nutty toffee mellowness achieved through its maturation in oak casks. On the palate itās elegant and well balanced, with a smooth and subtle long finish.
Cockburnās Fine Tawny is the perfect accompaniment to rich creamy desserts and dried fruits but is also wonderful enjoyed on its own or as part of a long drink. It does not need to be decanted and should be consumed within four weeks of opening. Serve slightly chilled.

Kura Pure Malt Whisky is a blended malt whisky made with malted barley, yeast, and water. The blend consists of varying malt whiskies that ages up to 18 years.
Nose: Heather honey, yuzu citrus blended with flower and hints of vanilla
Palate: Butter scotch with vanilla notes up front, joined with Japanese citrus notes
Finish: Hints of caramel filled with green notes, and tropical fruits with vanilla
Dictador 2 Masters Laballe 1975
A 41-year-old Dictador Rum from a 1975 single vintage cask finished in Bourbon barrels and then shipped to Laballe in Armagnac, where it further spent six months in an interesting Black Gascon oak cask, medium toasted.
- Nose: Lovely soft vanilla notes of bourbon and white flowers kick off the aroma, with white chocolate and raspberry to follow. Sultanas, and hints of an autumnal forest floor. Complex and well balanced.
- Palate: Maple with pecans and smoked liquorice, aniseed and star anise. Some malty notes with blood orange, red apples and a touch of triple sec.
- Finish: White pepper, sweet tea and some notes of fresh ginger. Candied oranges dipped in dark chocolate.
- Matured in Gascon Noir Chene
