Le Cueva Del Contador 2018
La Cueva del Contador 2018 is bright and very dense red-violet color. The nose is deep and with a great volume. Highlight the red and black compote fruit with spicy, mineral and balsamic notes, also a touch of toasted. The wood is fine, present and it has to be integrated. Good
evolution. In the mouth it is powerful and well balanced in terms of maturity and freshness. Final is long and fresh. It is elegant. It promises long life.

Yarra Valley, Australia
This wine was grown at our Highbow Hill Vineyard north of Yarra Glen township. The soils are sandy loam over clay and gravel over Yarra Valley mudstone. The Pinot Noir and Marsanne were planted in 1998.
Varietal: Pinot Noir 95%, Marsanne 5%
The colour is a clear light salmon, what the French would call “eye of partridge”. The nose has vibrant red fruit and spice aromas and the palate is surprisingly weighty with juicy fruit flavours and savoury complexity enhanced by great texture. This wine is perfect for sipping on its own and will pair handsomely with a range of foods – pan fried rainbow trout with new potatoes, smoked salmon and cucumber sandwiches, sushi.SKU: HDP09-1800750-RS
Veramonte Sauvignon Blanc 20190 out of 5(0)
SAUVIGNON BLANC | 2019
100% Sauvignon Blanc
Grapes are harvested at night in order to maintain fresh and bright acidity. The fruit goes straight to the press, where the juice sits for 24 hours. Then it is racked and separated from its gross lees and fermented clean at a low temperature in stainless steel tanks, ensuring multilayers of aromas and flavors.
An excellent harvest in the Casablanca Valley. The moderate temperatures during spring, without significant rains, allowed for good bud break and flowering. During summer there were no large diurnal temperatures, benefitting the ripening curve and helping maintain the freshness of the fruit in this zone. Harvest was pushed up by 10 days with respect to last year, and with lower yields that produced intense aromatics and flavors, producing fresh, intense wines with balanced acidity and a long finish.SKU: VRM01-1900750-WH

Château Pontet Canet Mixed Case (6), La Biodynamie de Précision0 out of 5(0)
Château Pontet-Canet is one of the largest producers in Pauillac, Bordeaux. Production is around 20,000 cases of their grand vin and 20,000 of their second label per annum. It is a classified Fifth Growth, but many argue that it is boasting at least Second Growth wines. There’s a saying “you are the company you keep” and Pontet-Canet is a close neighbor to Château Mouton-Rothschild. The vineyard practices are biodynamic, even down to the use of horses in lieu of tractors. The Château was the first major Bordeaux wine producer to earn its ‘AB’, the organic certification for France. Grapes are hand picked, and soils are typical of Medoc – well drained, warm and spare.

Overture By Opus One (MV) 2018 Release0 out of 5(0)
In the tradition of many great Bordeaux estates, Opus One produces a fine second wine called Overture. Like the introduction of a great musical piece, Overture, the wine, presents elements of the exceptional work itself, although certainly not in its entirety or full complexity.
Since 1993, we have created Overture as a result of our highly selective process for Opus One. We meticulously cultivate each section of our estate vineyard with the attention to detail and singular focus required to produce Opus One. This diligence carries through the extensive blending process, and not all wine-lots from our estate are chosen for the final Opus One blend.
Yet, when these remaining lots are afforded additional time in French oak barrels, coupled with the added flexibility of blending across multiple vintages, the final wine, Overture, achieves remarkable elegance, complexity and approachability.
As a natural extension of the creation of Opus One, Overture’s varietal composition evolves based on the lot selections made for each vintage. Overture reflects the proportion of Bordeaux-heritage grape varieties planted on our estate: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot, and Malbec. Uniquely, Overture captures the essence of our estate across vintages; therefore the exact blend and cellar approach will always differ from Opus One.SKU: OPO02-MV00750-RD
